CVS Pharmacy

Melissa, the pharmacist is superb!!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring and never makes you feel rushed. She is so kind and supports each person like they were her own family. That’s why Inuse this pharmacy over any other one.

Nice and respectful staff

The CVS is a good store. I waited on line for the woman that was doing the COVID follow ups to ask her a question. She decided to have a full conversation with a young girl while I waited for about 10 minutes. I decided to leave. She never acknowledged me standing there. Yes, I could have said something but I wanted to see how long she was going to let me stand there. At one time in history, this acknowledgement used to be referred to as "customer service". Not even eye contact. I picked up a few items, passed her two more times and left. Must have been a hell of a conversation. They were still going at it the two times I walked pass them. The conversation was in another language. Hopefully someone from CVS could mention to her to at least ask if someone is waiting for assistance considering I was standing the minimum of 6 feet away but in the prescribed place where the line formed. Nothing against the store.

CVS is the pharmacy to go to in Elmsford, NY. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasantly welcoming.

The worse CVS . Always have a line long line for the pharmacist for them to tell you it’s not in stock . Twice . The people are very unprofessional. Been to other cvs and never had a problem.

Unfortunately have to agree, that this place is terrible. I was treated like scum by two people there; they clearly didn't care at all to try and help me in my situation.

Man these people are rude. A real shame. Maybe it will catch up to them. Time will tell.
