Love going there every night when I get off work. The overnight staff is so great and friendly. Only one whose name I know is Kylie and she is great. Very nice and hard working. All of the other people who I have encountered there have been just as great. Love the slurpies! These negative reviews on here are very confusing to me. I have not had those experiences at all and I also manage a retail store myself, and as a customer you have to have some understanding of what goes on when it comes to running a store.

Love this 7-11!! It stays busy, but this is Fayetteville, Employees are always friendly. One small request... IRISH CREAMER FOR THE COFFEE, PLEASE. 🙏🙏 Thank you for bringing us a 7-11!

Recently built and opened. Very clean, good traditional 7-eleven offerings (compared to the other location in town) large layout and friendly staff.

It just opened! It’s really nice and new inside. The coffee, slurpee, coffee, and snacks are 👌👌

It's a nice store, couple issues though. Mostly they don't have a lot of food very often, there is times there is no straws, and my biggest issue is you cannot find the store on the actual mobile app so you can't order from it. The employees are nice however.

Update: I had to bump this down to 2 stars. The staff is friendly but the hardly ever have anything. For the past month, the coke zero is red- I'm pretty sure it is mixed or hooked up to the vitamin water (smells exactly like the acai blueberry). I've told about 5 different employees over a few weeks and it still is an issue. I know it is silly but it is frustrating nevertheless. You still can't place an order from the app because it doesn't pick up the store either. I hate to say it but you mind as well just go to one of the Circle K(s) around here.

Until this morning, it’s been nice stopping in on my way to work. Unfortunately, I had to deal with a cup of cold coffee and an employee who could not multitask. I waited until she was between customers at the counter, then tried to ask a question about their coffee station. Her reply was, “I can’t deal with it right now, I’m only one person”. I did not ask for help, just an answer to the question, which takes little effort. That’s horrible customer service. The bad thing is, it was t busy. I still walked out with cold coffee…not a good start to my morning.

The store has just opened and it's already gone downhill. Very nice concept, but they don't have the staff to maintain anything so EVERYTHING is in shambles. Out of stock of everything.. never any food, cups, condiments.. cappuccino machine is ALWAYS down. Staff is pleasant but they don't have any of the items I go there for. Very disappointed. I wanted this to be my "go-to spot".

I was excited to visit my first 7/11. Pulled up to over 50 motorcycles and tons of people just hanging out in the parking for hours on end.

I was very excited to have a 7-ELEVEN in Fayetteville but I see it's lacking just like some of the others, there is never wash/water or receipt paper at the gas pumps and the garbage cans are always over flowing with trash. Is this because of poor management or do these employees not get paid well? If they can't keep the area around the pumps orderly how are they able to cook and sell food? And is it really a clean kitchen????

I paid $20 for gas that mysteriously disappeared before I was able to return to my car and pump it.. The cashier told me that the pump " timed out" and it would go back to my card and that I would have to pay for it again. The worst part is, I still have not received the first $20 that mysteriously disappeared! Also the phone number for this location does not even work. I can't even call the store to address my issue! I will change my review once they give my money back!

The store just opened and I have tried four times this week. They don't have straws, they don't have soda cups, they didn't have grab-and-go food, why are they even open? The store staff has no clue what they're doing refuse to help anybody. They let a long line grow up and then they start asking or answering questions saying I don't know I just got here. So they're understaffed they don't know what they're doing they refuse to do anything. This is an absolute waste of a store it's a disappointment I've had a gift card for a year from my wife knowing the store was coming in and I can't even use it because the sodas are all that I really want so.

Just opened and already the cappuccino/espresso machine hasn't been maintained (not working). Just like all the rest of the stores. Domt offer it if you are not going to keep it working

What kinda messed up ghetto gas station doesn’t take cash?? I would avoid this place like the plague plenty of good gas stations just down the street!!
