The original 20+ year old water heater in my sister's home had finally failed and needed to be replaced. I contacted them on Saturday and was told it would most likely be Monday before they could send someone out. On Sunday, I received a text that they would have someone out on Monday, and they dispatched a technician by the name of Dustin the very first thing on Monday morning. Dustin installed a new water heater and brought everything up to code for what I consider a very reasonable price. This is a company that you can trust, and Dustin was very polite and professional.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to Blanton’s for the excellent service, especially to the service professionals who came out and installed our new HVAC unit Kyle and Brandon BOTH went above and beyond to make sure things went seamless. The install was perfect they both took the time to explain the process and keep me updated on the progress. I’m thankful to this wonderful team for the excellent service they both provided. I experienced a water pressure issue, specifically with the Pressure Regulating Valve and the main water shut-off in my home, along with a loose diverter valve in the tub. To address these concerns, I reached out to Nick B at Blantons, who promptly provided an estimate that closely matched my own calculations. Chris from Blantons then contacted me, expressing a desire to expedite the service, and successfully coordinated the timing, arranging for a service technician to visit sooner than initially expected.

The next day, Phillip T. from Blantons arrived. His exceptional courtesy and high level of professionalism were evident throughout the service. Phillip worked diligently, meticulously double and triple-checking his own work. Importantly, he took the time to guide me through each step of the process and offered advice on making adjustments if needed. As a result, I can now use both showers, the dishwasher, laundry, and water the plants without encountering any issues.

Furthermore, I opted to have an access hatch installed behind the shower cutout for future servicing. I highly recommend this service, as it has the potential to save you money in the long run. I confidently endorse Blanton's Air, Plumbing, & Electric

I was discharged from the UNC Burn Center after my 3rd surgery I have had since July. When I returned home my garage was flooded the water heater failed while I was admitted. I called Blanton's first thing this morning and made an appointment. Thankfully the young lady on the phone was able to fit me in for today. About 30 minutes before he arrived Richie called to tell me he was on his way. I explained that it may take me a few minutes to get to the door due to me not being able to walk well but that I was home waiting on him. My experience with Blanton's was outstanding....Richie is amazing! In this day and age it is not often that you come across someone as genuine and honest as him. He explained everything in detail and covered different pricing options. The work is top notch and from start to finish one of the best experiences I have had lately. I will definitely be using Blanton's again if needed and from here on out anyone that ask me I will be 100% recommending Blanton's and telling everyone about my experience with Richie.

Brittany Fields was the electrician for our residential projects:

2x new outlets
4x wall mounted TVs and hidden electrical panels for each

The work was done quickly and all new features in our home look and perform great. We are happy with the service and would recommend to others looking for electrical work.

Had some plumbing issues. Shaun and Blantons management got the situation resolved. I appreciate making my house look like new again.

Thomas Jackson and Quentin McClain the service professionals did a great job installing my new HVAC system. Working under bad weather conditions, they still were able to address all the problems I was having with my system. They were very courteous and very professional. They did the job in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up after all work was done. I would highly recommend these individuals and Blanton's to future customers.

I had my water heater replaced and installed by Tim and had a wonderful experience he was very informative and checked everything thoroughly and got the job in a reasonable time! Even the person I spoke to over the phone was very kind. I will definitely use this company in the future if needed.

This raving review for Garrett Kellog is way overdue...but I have finally found the time to let everyone at Blanton's & All the folks that take the time to check out their reviews know that Garrett replaced my breaker box back in late November, 2023. He worked alone and into the evening...he was NOT to be DEFEATED! It was dark & cold outside...but his goal was accomplished sometime after 7 PM. We later had a few more issues to deal with...but Garrett did NOT put us on hold, he always communicated to me when I could expect him. I found Garrett to be knowledgeable & very pleasant o deal with!

We are 1000% happy with the service we received from Blanton’s! A few days after we moved into our new home, the HVAC unit started failing. Unfortunately, it was also getting cold and our 11 month old was already sick. A cold house was the absolute last thing we needed. Luckily, Andrew and Taylor got out to us super quick and got the unit working temporarily. Our son was also completely enamored with Taylor and kept trying to get her to play with him. I had to tell him she was busy working but he could say hi to her when she came in. 🤣 They set us up with the next available appointment with Kevin for a new unit and made sure we weren’t going to have a cold baby until then. Kevin paid attention to all of our needs and gave us plenty of options for replacement and financing during the time he was in our home. He made the whole process super simple and easy. He also got the installation set for a just a couple days later. The installation crew, Travis and Kyle, were amazing and worked quickly and quietly through nap time- which I appreciate more than words can say. Everyone we worked with was very thorough and made sure we understood what was going on. They answered every question we had with very honest and well educated answers. My husband and I appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to making sure we had everything we needed and more!

Tim repaired my leak on my kitchen sink. When there he also checked all my other plumbing very thoroughly. He remained professional and informative the whole time. I will call again.

I wish I could tell the long version of why I'm giving a 5 star but the short will have to do...Richie and Jacob came out to inspect and go over the concerns I had called about. They spent 3 hours going over everything, down to all the tiny details. They came out the next morning and got straight to work. On top of the huge work order they were doing they still made time to make sure all my questions were answered and made sure my concerns were taken care of. They were at my house for over 12 hours, they made it their priority to make sure everything was 100% done. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND and i truly mean that. These guys are genuine and trustworthy, The perfect balance of personal and professional.

Matt and Carl were amazing. After our install they double checked a wire with an intermittent short. Left unchecked this causes the system to use aux heat at 3 timed the power consumption and cost. Thanks to there diligence they saved me some big bucks. Thanks guys.

Nothing but good things to say about Blanton’s and their employees. Garrett came to do an assessment on our electrical system when we were having issues. He quickly diagnosed the issue, answered all the questions I had about it, and walked me through the next steps to take. Parker and Brittany came out the next week to do the work; replacing my breaker box and rewiring my doorbell. They were outstanding as well. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were dedicated to the job and made sure everything was perfect. I will be using Blanton’s from now on.

Blanton’s service and professional staff are the best in this area. Alex Clements the plumber is outstanding . He knows his job . He was here in the house for so many hours changing rusted pipes and my water heater . He did all by himself every time I approached him to ask if he needs something he was with smile on his face and very polite , I’m good thank you , he took time to showed me what he was doing. He explained to me the warranty on the water heater plus showed me how bad was the pipes he replaced. He cleaned all after he finished plus my dog loves him . He said he loves German Shepherd so my Rambo got a new friend. He worked many hours with out stopping and always with a smile on his face I was impressed because my water heater is under the house in the crawl space so he was in that heat with no stopping . Sven and his teammate were incredibly nice and worked well with me to fix an issue with my plumbing (replace my sewer line). They got the job done on time and were very helpful with the process.
