I’ve been in and out of this Lowe’s all week trying to set up my nail suite. I’ve had so many questions and I’m so thankful the employees here are knowledgeable and kind. Nate, Hailey, and Donnie helped me this week with a range of things and everything they suggested worked out for me. Thank y’all so much, I wouldn’t have been able to get half as much done without the help of the employees here.

I went to lowes looking for a sliding glass and a representative showed me a door that had been returned and she reduced it al.ost 400.00 for me. I am so thankful for the customer service she didnt have to go out of her way to find it and show it to me but she did. Nothing is wrong with the door and it is perfect!!! Thank u so much Lowrs for making this project so easy and helping me save money!!

Purchased a new mini refrigerator with a two year store warranty

Love Lowes. But usually have to go to the one on Skibo because Hope Mills don't have what im looking for.

Was great experience as always, the Customer Service Representative went out her way to find me a mobile scooter. Then I had three (3) Associates assisting to locate the drill press I was looking for; however, I do wish the Lowes application (app) was accurate with item location (Yes I had the correct store selected in the app). But overall everyone was so awesome to include the associate that put the oversized item in the trunk and secured it. Thank you Lowes!!!

Kudos to James in the paint department ( Skibo location). He went above and beyond in helping me figure out the best stains to match some oak flooring I needed to repair.

Looking for Habanero peppers, they had none, bit I found a white Mandevilla, had never seen a white one before...always had red & pink...

What can I say that everyone doesn't already know. Lowe's is my favorite place.

Frankie is the associate who helped me today at Lowes and is the reason I had to write this review. She was amazing from start to finish. She is super knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I had lots of them! She was extremely patience with me. I was last minute shopping and she put me at ease with finding the perfect microwave and getting a install date! Frankie needs a raise and a promotion! Thank you so much Frankie! Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Went there to buy a dryer. The kid/man in that department was efficient and very helpful. Brought out the new dryer..loaded it up in our truck and we were on our way.

Always a great experience. Lowes has an amazing staff. Every Lowe’s I’ve ever been to has people working there that actually want to help if you need assistance. Which is Very refreshing these days. They are a business that gives back.

This afternoon I was in the lighting section searching for a brighter bulb 💡 for my dark kitchen. Confused a bit frustrated, an associate by the name of Debra was passing by. Debra asked if I needed any help despite it not being her section. Together we found a bulb with the same wattage and way more lumens than my current one. I will try it out when I get home fingers crossed 🤞🏽. Thanks Debra for your help and I hope your kindness is returned in the way you need 💫

Don in tools was very helpful, finding what we needed. We came with a long list, but it was fine with him. Thank you for great customer service. My receipt did not say our check-out person's name. Store 0388, terminal 33, 2/22/21, 15:36:09 He gave us good customer service too. Gave Don Great eval because he had to do a bunch of running & looking. And, did it very cheerfully!! Job well done 👏 Good experience!
