The staff at this facility is exceptional. They could teach a class on professionalism. Instead of scheduling an appointment for my daughter. The front staff took it upon themselves to consult Dr. Blanks and she was seen. Who in fact was about to leave the facility. Dr. Blanks and her assistants made sure my daughter was probably treated. And I was relieved and grateful that I visited this facility. Dr. Blanks is solid and impeccable at her profession. I highly recommend this facility for any Otolaryngology issue that may arise. You will definitely be in good hands. Thank you so much Dr. Blanks and staff.

I had a very positive experience with them. The lady where you sign took all my info and was very friendly and welcoming. The individual who performed the hearing test was also very accommodating. The Dr was professional and knowledge, answered my question and gave me advice. He also took the time to clean the wax out of my one ear
I would highly recommend them.

This practice runs very smoothly. You’re able to get an answer when you call. Appointments are available the same week. And the doctor I see (Dr. Blanks) is incredible. She doesn’t dismiss your symptoms and even offered to call my other specialists to advocate on my behalf if they refuse (again) to do the appropriate testing. A true gem of a practice.

My son and daughter have both been to this facility several times, but my son is a regular patient. The reason I am editing my prior five star review is just to note that I told him he had an appointment coming up and he was so excited to see "that really nice lady with the pretty hair"(Dr. Blanks). She has helped him so much and helped us understand all the medical lingo. It also helps that my son adores her haha. I'd give more stars if I could.

This was my first visit. The facility was pretty and clean. I had minimal wait time. All staff from check in to checkout were professional and friendly. Dr. Blanks came highly recommended and was everything I had been told and then some. She was professional, friendly, and had a sense of humor. She made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. I never felt rushed. She made her suggestions, thoroughly explained everything she would be doing, with no pressure for extra procedures. Her work is natural looking. Dr. Blanks and the staff are awesome! 5 stars isn't high enough.

Doctor Deidra Blanks was great she explained everything she was going to do before doing it. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. She was kind patient and reassuring that she would continue to find a way to help me.

I was seen on schedule and the team was very polite. The doctor was polite and answered all my questions and was happy to discuss options and plans. It was nice to be able to have a conversation about treatments and not just get dictated a plan.

Our visit with Dr Tang was very pleasant.
She was thorough in her diagnosis of my husband's hearing loss..
Also, the check-in & check-out staff were kind & helpful...

We visited today for my 2.5 year old son’s hearing evaluation. We were in the waiting area for a very short time. The staff and doctor were all welcoming and made us feel right at home. They were patient with my son and made sure his hearing tests were accomplished. I definitely recommend this office. Thank you so much!

They are Awesome !!! medical assistant, & doctor are professionals who genuinely care about you as a patient and what is ailing you. Dr. Steven Pantelakos explain everything to you he is such a caring Doctor. I love ❤ my doctor. He also makes you comfortable on your visit and most importantly he listens to his patients concerns. I wouldn’t trade doctors for nothing he is the best Ear & throat doctor . The receptionist are very nice Summer, is a sweetheart and the other lady at the front desk I can’t remember her name she’s going to get me awww but they are so professional & sweet as can be I love ❤ them all so much. I have been going here for years. Everyone very professional and so warm and welcoming. I hope they all have a wonderful & Beautiful Holidays coming .

Our first appointment, everyone on the office was extremely nice and professional. We witnessed their loving interaction with special needs patients and it warms your heart to see such kindness 💕

The place is quick and easy. They saw my son right away. We waited only 10 minutes. Everyone was so nice and respectful. My son gets his surgery in less than a month when the other place dated his surgery all the until next year. This place schedule it within a month and this was his first visit. Thanks a lot for everything!

My son has seen Dr. Deidra Blanks and she put tubes in his ears and he has had no more ear infections. Dr. Blanks has answered my questions, she has been very professional and kind to us. I recommend it 100%
