I purchased 4 boxes of special returned flooring that just happened to be what I was a box and a half short on, Laura managed to avoid me having to drive all the way to Rockingham. She discounted them 10% off and I ended up purchasing the 2 additional boxes to have spares for any future touch up areas. When I was checking out, I was slightly questioning the side drill bit I was going to purchase, and Marquis came over straight away and made sure I had the correct size. When I was trying to check out, the discount wasn’t clearing at self checkout so Keisha contacted the manager and had my discount cleared and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes with all of that. They are all great associates and definitely deserve more for the service they provided me! Thank you guys.

Staff at the Lowes off of Ramsey were more than helpful today on a busy bustling Saturday. I went knowing I had to buy replacement vertical blinds,and so Thankful lowes sells them in parts as I needed only 12. (the blinds are easy to break, but a box only costs $35.) Front cashier, Tammy informed my of all the upcoming sales, and super excited to go back for some mulch and maybe look at fireplaces, as mine is quite old. So glad this place is 5 mins away.

My Son is taking Electrician Apprentice trade at FTCC and was given a list of tools that we needed to purchase. I was so lost walking into Lowes until I walked into Jonathan in the tools department. I explained our needs and without hesitation he was willing to help. He took me through the entire list not only hand picking each and every tool with me but also explaining the benefits of a good warranty as well as helping me save money by explaining that some tools are 2 in 1. He also got us signed up for Mvp and premium status and a great line of credit. The knowledge and passion he had was impeccable and he is the standard of what it means to go above and beyond for the customer. As I have shopped Lowes in the past for other items never ever has anyone ever executed that type of customer service. Without a doubt he should be training others on how to go above and beyond and have integrity while doing it. Not just try to sell the most expensive tool. Again thank you deeply Jonathan and I hope this reaches the higher ups and they celebrate your great work.

I bought a char dual grill from Skibo on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both times the grills arrived damaged. However, when I visited Ramsey's Lowes to return the last one, Vanessa went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did she facilitate the exchange for a new grill, but she also provided me with a discount and even offered to have the replacement loaded into my vehicle. The Ramsey store will probably be the one I’ll shop at for now on. If you see Vanessa give her a hey and buy her an ice cold Frappuccino!

Clean store with friendly, helpful staff. We always find what we need here. Love the curbside options and how the staff always asks about the military discount to make sure you get it if you need it.

Got in & out quickly, although the item finder location given on app was off by one aisle we still located the part. Got chili cheese dog from vendor outside, it was great $5 chips & drink

Phillip is the BEST store manager I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. He has continuously made sure I am taken care of as a customer, something other stores quickly over look. He also does a great job of keeping his employees motivated and working hard! I'm so thrilled to see great leadership at a retail store! I will happily continue to shop at this Lowes for everything I need from here on out. Thank you Lowes on Ramsey for making sure I am truly a happy customer and shopper!

Had what I needed, but more important...the People nade the difference. Associate Jim in the outdoor tool and grill section went out of his way to help me find everything...and then told when I was ready to check out - he would help. I am a disabled veteran and he made sure the Lowes pledge to honor service was made good. I will always look to Lowes first for my home improvement needs.

When life gives you lemons, go to Lowe’s and ask for Mr. Charles (from lumber). I arrived feeling weak and defeated. Feeling like I had messed up and there was no fixing it. I walked into the store with my head down and tail tucked. Then like an Angel sent from heaven Mr. Charles rolled up in a golden chariot (fork lift) to save the day. Mr. Charles’ expertise, calm and collected demeanor and sense of passion, immediate turned my day around. He went above and beyond to ensure my my problem was solved and that I knew without a shadow of a doubt he was here to help. I still haven’t washed the hand he shook, i feel like I’ve been touched by an Angel. If you’re ever lucky enough to see this Angel in his golden chariot escorted by a flag waiving cherub, first move out of his way, but then snap a pic, throw a Pokémon ball, or fall to your knees in honor of greatness. Yesterday was my first day living in NC and Mr. Charles at my local Lowes is the epitome of good customer service. He is a model citizen. A picture perfect employee. And a blessing in disguise. Shake his hand, thank him for his service and strive to be half as good as he is on his worst day.

My husband and I shop at this Lowe's quite often, today we went in for a couple items and walked out with some other items because of the great sale they were having and although we had a couple of hiccups during our visit, the store manager Terrence is absolutely amazing. He made sure sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase, we truly appreciate his help today.

Great visit. I arrived with 10 minutes to spare until this particular Lowe's Home Improvement store closed.
This was pretty Much an Emergency. Even know that it was late and they were , the employees ready to go home... A younger gentlemen pointed me in the right direction and my task at hand was complete !!!

For people who don't know, I'm also a carpenter! Had to pick up a few things to finish off a 12X12 shed I built for a client!

The gentleman that works in the lawn mower and grill area is amazing. His name was joshua and he is simply the best he showed me items that i was gonna need for my outdoor projects and things i would have never even thought of. Very knowledgeable and very respectful to us elderly folks . If I ever need anything from Lowe’s that doesn’t even involve his department IM STILL GOING TO HIM. Does the owner even see the positive post looks like they only reply to the negative?

Easily accessible Locker Pickup - fast. Associate Holly expertly rekeyed our purchase of a double keylock deadbolt to our existing house key with seemingly minimal effort. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and gracious. Retain & Promote!
