Superior Grocers

I am so thankful this location was open on Christmas Day 2023. I had food poisoning and they had exactly what I needed to help me feel better. Thank you so much. The store is well stocked and always has great sales. The produce we bought that day was excellent quality.

I swear this store needs to be more careful to what they are selling. I was going to buy a cherry pie and it had mold.

On 2/18/2024 I bought 2 bags of potatoes because they were on "special" all the potatoes were rotten.

I came here today, around 2:00pn, on 12-29-23. I was at the checkout stand and cashier greeted me in Spanish, however ,I replied to her in English, since this is my primary language. I am Hispanic,American. I asked her for a a grocery bag. she refused to bag my groceries and said they don't do it. Told her I saw the other cashier bag the customer groceries. As I was walking out she had a s murk on her face. I told her if I pay for a bag ,I expect her to bag my groceries. They are racist against Spanish Americans. If u don't speak to them in Spanish,they treat u bad. I will not spend my money here. I tried calling the phone number on my recieot, no answer. I want to speak with corporate and file a complaint .

Be careful people with the old woman in kitchen she has very bad attitude and service, I have experienced to many times bad experiences, I don't know why they have that kind of people working in this store, they should fire her.

Came to this supermarket on Monday 10/23 a little past 8pm for meat and they didn’t have anymore of the specific meat I needed on the display case. The lady there said they couldn’t take out more meat to cut because they had already cleaned and washed all of their equipment. I understand everyone wants to leave home on time but you guys close at 10pm and this is a disservice to the customer. Will consider you guys again but might have to go down the street to NG if it happens again. Your location is very convenient but not your meat department service.

Vine a este supermercado el lunes 10/23 pasadito de las 8pm por carne y ya no tenían de la carne que ocupaba en el mostrador. La señora que estaba atendiendo dijo que ya no podían sacar más carne para cortar porque ya habían lavado y limpiado sus máquinas. Yo entiendo que todos nos queremos ir a casa a tiempo pero cierran a las 10pm y esto es mal servicio para el cliente. Tal vez tendré que considerar ir a su competencia bajando la calle NG si vuelve a suceder esto. Su locación es conveniente pero el servicio de la carnicería no lo es.

Pésimo servicio en la cocina pareciera que les está pidiendo gratis la comida seles va a pagar la comida es un servicio el que están dando atiendan bien al cliente por favor y en las cajas la tigresa esa señora pelos oxijenados la Manager le avienta las cosas a uno 🤦🏻‍♂

Pésimo servicio con las cajeras siempre es lo mismo una actitud horrible 🤦🏻‍♀ son las 6;25 pm me atendió una mentada Darlin algo así por que no bien me quiso dar su nombre , le pregunté que me buscara ayuda por qué no alcanzaba la leche y ni me contestó nomás voleo los ojos y le llamo a un muchacho muy amable por cierto y después cuando fui a pagar le pregunté otra cosa y de mala gana contestó 🤨 pésimo servicio siempre en las cajas

Muy mal servicio de las cajeras....pésimo siempre están de mal humor

Solo entre y salí y el sikyury me dió ticket por solo dos minutos y muy prepotente todavía me grita solo por qué está ya anciano no le conteste
