Came in to coupon and the cashier made the entire experience a DREAM! She was friendly and helped make sure all coupons applied. For someone who comes in expecting to pay a certain amount — the cashier being kind makes the world of a difference!

This place is amazing! It hasn't always been this way. More great people have been hired, this CVS has an amazing store manager. He is extremely helpful and very kind. The ladies at the register are terrific, also.

The pharmacy has turned around. Wait time for Rx's used to be hours to the next day. Now my prescriptions are usually ready within the hour, such an eye opening game changer.

This is a very clean and organized store. The pharmacy staff work very hard to answer any questions or concerns that you have about any of your medications. The store associates have always been very friendly and helpful if you need help with something.

CVS Hall Rd., Alcoa TN is great. CVS is the best for when it comes from where to tell your doctor to send your prescription.

Alan in the Pharmacy omgosh he went above and beyond to help me. Gave me 4 pills of my medicine I have to take everyday. My Dr's office is closed on Fridays. I normally use Pigeon Forge CVS since I leave near there. He rescued me. Thank you so so much Alan such a kind young man

During this time of crisis when refunds aren't being issued, communication broke down about a CVS sale. With funds being tight, panic struck as I was trying to make every cent count. Fortunately, Stephanie helped me and fixed the transaction. Thank you Stephanie!

I wanna give the Hall Rd CVS pharmacy employees a major shout out for 100% super fantastic customer service!!! Twice in 6 weeks I've had my prescriptions transferred there and this team of staff is remarkable especially Kelly on the register... They need to be recognized all over town!!!!!!!!!
