HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We first want to say that DAN IS THE MAN AT RUNNING THIS STORE!!! It's hard to find people like dan that greets you right when you walk in the door! Dan also has a VERY UPBEAT PERSONALITY which is also very hard to find in this day in time. Just wanna say your doing an AMAZING JOB at running this store I know you don't hear it anymore but you definitely deserve a HUGE pay raise for going above & beyond thank you for always having a smile it means ALOT to us!

The young woman working tonight gave me a little bit more faith in humanity. I wasn’t able to find any last minute, valentine cards for my kid. she helped me look, and when we couldn’t find them she helped me find a store that did have some. I am very confident that with her on the team at the store that people will be treated the way they should.

The manager Shirley is such a sweet person and very compassionate. I have seen her go get stuff for older people who could find items. Her staff is very friendly also. Store is very orderly compared to most in my area.

Neat and clean store. Some shelf's we're empty but racks with new merchandise was waiting to be replenished. Had exactly what I came for.

Store is always clean and neat. Unlike other Dollar Generals in the Blount County area. Employees are always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I live between Wal-Mart and this store. Nine out of ten times I will go to this Dollar General.

The cashier at 411 and 129 was super friendly. He treated us like he had known us forever. 1st time ever meeting someone from the stores I've visited that was super nice

Nice new store, no crowded aisle like the Greenbank location. A lot more variety of refrigerated stock, they're actually stocked with everything. Easy to read which aisle is which because not only can you read it but there's pictures too. My biggest complaint about the DG store in Greenback is the stock is never done, it's spilled out into the lanes, it's dangerous, too narrow to pass other shoppers and you have to ask employees to find things because if it's not on the shelf it's probably on the floor still stacked up or in the back yet to be brought up. Very poorly managed. It's worth it to drive a little farther to go to the new 411 Maryville store.

It's a great place to shop. And one of the cashiers, Ethan, is so helpful and so nice everytime I come in always look forward to seeing him when I visit

I love shopping here. Good prices and always great service, I always find cool stuff for the kids and love getting home decor stuff here!

Have never had a negative experience at this store. Always clean, organized & friendly employees. I always try to compliment employees on how clean the store is.

Store redesigned a few months ago. Freezer section much bigger than before. I like it better.
