I had a not so good experience at Lowe's today 4-29-24 at the Alcoa TN location, so I went to Home Depot same day to purchase a stove. Louis Fitzgerald was very helpful with looking at different stoves and the specifications on each one. He did not seem like he was in a rush to assisting me with finding the right stove; furthermore, he went over the warranty details thoroughly. He was so helpful and informative etc. Thank you so much Louis Fitzgerald for assisting me today!!!

The associate was very helpful loading my new mower. I appreciate their sale and also the veterans discount they give. The associate in plumbing has been very helpful in the past.

I just bought a home in Maryville and have been into this store a lot recently. The staff has been far more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable than I am accustomed to at the store back in New Hampshire. Prices are typical Home Depot Meh, but this is a good store and well run.

I am building a tiny house & have gotten most materials here. Very satisfied with the materials and all the help with the bid room in the pro department. I had an issue with a door knob and deadbolt set. Brought it back several times for multiple issues. Jennifer in returns was such a help with this problem. She's a great employee and deserves recognition. The way she treated me will keep my business at Home Depot.

Nice people, got the supplies I needed

They helped me load my stuff and I had to come back because I bought to much and they held onto it.

I've been here weekly since February. We bought a home and have been fixing it up. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have everything we've needed and that's been a big list. The paint department staff are excellent as well as the lumber staff, who have helped me find things in other departments too.
