I've been to this specific UPS Store countless times over the last 6 months and I have received nothing but the BEST customer service every single time! The owner, Billy Neese, has personally helped me out with a number of different projects and various paper needs and he has been terrific each time. His staff has also been absolutely incredible and friendly and are prime examples of customer service in action.

I have used the UPS Store many times. They are AWESOME and great to work with. I end up having to ship a lot of documents, mostly overnight. Billy and staff always take excellent care and is very responsive. Thanks a ton for the service and always being convenient.

Our window treatment business ships roman shades and drapery panels all over the country and we have been doing business with the UPS store for years. Naturally, we were a little nervous when the ownership changed a few months ago. Would they be able to provide us with the same level of service and the packing of custom window treatments valued many times at thousands of dollars, insuring they arrive in excellent condition?

Let's just say our worries were unfounded. The new owner, Billy Nease is great! Very accommodating to us and always goes the extra mile to make sure our shipments are done right.. And an added bonus is its such a positive and friendly environment! We are shipping several times a week and staff is always attentive and very helpful. And they seem happy to work there! That attitude starts at the top!

There were three on staff and they all were eager to assist. Jen ended up helping me and with a smile. She was not only personable and caring she went above and beyond to help me tape up a box to fit a difficult item saved me from a wild goose chase from looking for another box. Thanks so much.

The attention to the services I needed was handled very smoothly & proficiently. I had a family booklet project that the owner, Billy Nease, suggested be heat bound. Big shout out to Billy Nease and his team today. I left to go on a trip and realized I didn’t have some important papers I needed for the trip. A friend dropped them off at his store and within 10 minutes, they were packaged and in their way to me for tomorrow’s delivery. Billy and his team are always friendly and very helpful whenever I need their services. I know I can rely on them to help me , whether it’s shipping, copying services, or whatever, they’ve always come through for me and have been the utmost help. That kind of service have earned my loyalty.

I went into this experience blind of how to ship anything. They were more than happy to get the package ready, and packed correctly, and then walk us through all of our shipping options. The man, I believe his name was Billy, literally treated us like we were family, and did the same for everyone who walked in that door. The young woman, was more than patient with us and kept a smile the emtire time. Overall wonderful experience. Will exclusively use this store now.

This UPS and I have worked together for a little over two years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. 100% best customer service you can get. Awesome group of people running the place and very easy and smooth service. I see these guys three times a week and mail out 100s of boxes and never have had any issues. Nothing but good things to say about this UPS and the people in it.

Customer service is fantastic at UPS 2493 on Woodruff Rd. Every one in this store is personable and helpful every time I ship a package. Someone smiles and greets me and offers me services to make my life easier. I love that they have a record of addresses that I ship to and that they happily package all my goods for me.
