Had to go to Auto Zone for parts and to use the scanner. The folks there were awesome. They helped me quickly. Then I had to come back for more parts. Dean and the rest of the staff was awesome. I’m not sure who the commercial mgr is but she is a blonde lady and she was totally knowledgeable and helpful as well. Can’t say enough about the service here. And….I worked for my dad who is a master mechanic. I have dealt with countless parts places. This one is awesome. Great job. Great customer service. Thanks

This is long overdue, but several weeks ago had a flat in the rain didn't have a spare. Basically I was in a bad spot. John and Aiden were extremely helpful and I can't thank them enough. Thank you, guys. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Dean, the manager always goes above and beyond to help me when I need help. Today was his day off and he happened to come to the store in Waverly and saw me and he helped me with a battery problem. I am most grateful. And everyone in the store provided great customer service. Thank you again Dean!

Typically buy parts, always helping me. So when my new car started having battery issues, asked them to troubleshoot. They have been very eager to help despite the fact that my battery is within 1st yr of warranty. That's excellent service.

I have never received such amazing customer service. I came in to replace my windshield wiper during a winter storm and ended up getting stuck there. While I was there they not only helped me find and install my new windshield wipers, but they helped me with a door I could not open. When we realized I was not making it out of Tennessee that night they made sure I had somewhere warm and safe to stay. Autozone employees really go above and beyond in all of my experiences. The associates who helped me were Matt, Gabe, and Dean. As a young woman traveling the country its good to know I can count on autozone to be as helpful as they possibly can

I've been a solid Autozone customer since the 80's. This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST AUTOZONE...EVER!!
Dean and his crew are totally awesome..all polite, funny, people that know and love vehicles.
Just swung by yesterday after work to pick up 1 wiper, 1 fog light, and some Rainex. However...before I left Steven and Robert had laughingly "up sold" me several other items. Steven let me know there was a mail-in rebate if I bought a pair of wipers.....so I bought another. Then instead of just one fog lamp I got persuaded to buy a pair...we were all laughing and having a good time.....then someone said "Hey we have LED fog lights....they let me think for a second....then said "They're only like a HUNDRED DOLLARS A PAIR".....everyone laughed....I said no.

I had worked outside all day in snow/ice and was feeling tired and wore out before I stepped into "Dean's Autozone "..but after seeing Robert, Steven, and Dean I left with the parts I needed and was back enjoying life again!!

Usually a very good experience. Some employees could absolutely stand to improve in customer service. However, can't complain. Usually good service.

I've been an AutoZone customer for more than 25 years now and have always received nothing but the best in parts and customer service experience. Over the past few years the auto parts industry has has become increasingly fragmented and difficult to navigate because of web commerce. Margins for the main street companies are becoming increasingly thin and their business models more streamlined due to Amazon and Rock Auto.

Thankfully there are still companies like AutoZone that provide that personal touch and advice that make the difference between fixing your car and standing back in disgust because you waited five days for delivery of the wrong part from EBay. I always get the correct parts when shopping at AutoZone and the friendly advice to complete the job, when I've asked for it. I've read recently that Amazon is looking to take over a main street auto parts chain to bolster their empire, but I hope they take a page from AutoZone's playbook if they do and attempt to max out on the customer service experience as this is what separates Auto from the rest of the pack.

I was 4 hours from home when my car started having problems. They were amazingly helpful here. Helped diagnose the problem, and then sent me to a reliable mechanic in the area. All for free.
