Imperial Lodge

Had to work in the area for about a week. The room was clean and service was great. If in Waverly, it's a good place to stay.

Another great stay at the imperial. If you’re in town for a long stay for work or just passing thru, it’s a nice clean place. Host are always considerate. Mama’s kitchen right next door.

Stayed during a work outage for about a month and other than it being outdated, it was a good little quite place to stay for cheap. I stayed on the nonsmoking side I heard the rooms smell bad on smoking side go figure but other than that it's a 5 star for Waverly!!!

I stayed here for 2 months while I was renovating my house near by. The management staff was amazing. Everyone was very nice. They are in the middle of updating some of the rooms and the value is great. Location is great, very convenient to restaurants. Just know what you’re getting. It is definitely a budget friendly motel.

I once managed this motel 7 yrs. Ago. The first owners were simply amazing. The rooms were kept immaculate, the service was great, the ementites better than most affordable motels and mid range 🏨 hotels. The price for rental varied because of intelligent management.. Smiling..One of the only places I've worked at that made sure the beds were flipped and adjusted accordingly​ to the tag as maintenance is recommended..(look under the sheets the next time you stay in a motel or hotel) It's Tennessee..Woodsy So to the person mentioning bugs.. Leave them at home next time..Or I apologize for you not getting the job you applied for...Hence the bad review..My best guess anyway. The Imperial is a lodge, but don't let that word deceive you..Focus on Imperial. Affordable yet very spacious and a little high end looking on the inside. I give the place 5 out of 5 🌟 when you take into account what it is for what it is... You get in the area save some $ in comparison to spending at what you would expect to pay elsewhere. You won't regret you did.

My wife and I stayed here during the week of the IBEW reunion (held at Loretta Lynn's ranch). Terry and his wife are friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome from the first minute we were here, full of stories about the area, history, events and local places of interest. We plan to return to visit the area again and will stay with them again. The room we had was large, clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable (having lower back problems this is a deal breaker for me) so I enjoyed my stay very much and encourage anyone to stay here as well. P.S. It's really nice to find a place that's owned and operated by an American - not to sound racist but I try to support our vets when and where I can, and Terry is formerly with the US Army.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It doesn't look like much from outside, but everything inside is updated. Television, free WiFi, if you stay in the king size room, you have access to 2 phone lines, desk, recliner, with a table to read at. The beds are especially soft. Its conviently accross from a small food store, Mexican restaurant, and they have free pizza delivery. The King room ran me about $65 a night.

For what it is this is five stars. Little town fun, clean, everything works, easy access. Wife and two of my kids went to see the eclipse and really enjoyed our stay. Go to Waverly TN and look thus place up. Las Plazas across the street is actually pretty good food too. Truly nice all around.

Good value! Would definitely go back, nice clean rooms with a great bed. The owners live on site and have high standards. I love the flower gardens a pleasing atmosphere!

I am sorry that's the only pic I thank got taken in th room I gotta say for a older model it was very comfortable, safe, friendly, and very affordable. They were on top of any need we might have had. Keep this in mind wen you make your opinion about places. A place can't fix a problem if there not anywhere there is one . They can't help u with a situation if you font make them aware of it. So if you get to a motel and something ant there or something small like a burnt out light bulb 9 times out of 10 if u just let them know that your bulb burnt out. There right on top of get it for you. S if u go with out saying something to them I dont feel that you gave the Wright to complain on hear. Sorry my opinion but 8 feel that you could give them the same respect you deserve to be treated with as well. I will be returning to there motel very soon.

I have stayed several times over the past year ...I keep coming back because they are nice.The rooms are clean. Easy access to restaurants..It rocks :)

Was a very pleasant place, and staff was very attentive. Rooms were very clean,even with the snow storm. There's no breakfast, but close to restaurant that serves hot food.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Clean, friendly service. Location is perfect. Prices are great for location. Pets allowed with a small pet fee. Close to everything! 👍🏻🙂👍🏻🙂👍🏻🙂

This is one of the cleanest motels I've ever been in the staff is great could not ask for better people will stay here again next year
