The customer service rep, his name is Steve or Stephen, was super! I’ve been in twice and he was fantastic both times. Helpful, nice, went the extra mile to help me out, etc., couldn’t have had a better experience!

Steve Freely was working by himself today. My issue was complicated. 3 others came in with small issues. He took great care of them while continuing to help me. We were cut off twice from Verizon technical team. He ended up calling his boss who gotvit fixed. I want to say thru all of this, he never got upset. He never lost his cool. And he made each customer feel like they were all that mattered. He was amazing. Others could learn from him. Thanks Steve

Chloe was fantastic when helping me pick a phone, and ordered it in the size i wanted when there wasn't one in store. I ended up having Jordan activate it once it came in. Neither Jordan or Chloe were pushy, they were very informative, and I enjoyed talking to them both. Jordan was very personable as we had some issues getting the phone activated to my account on their side. Great employees who work there.

Alyssa and Jordan were awesome. My parents and I ordered phones from Dickson verizon store and they told us it would be super easy to set up, they lied. We received them, tried to set them up and our numbers were the only things that did not transfer. I sat on the phone with customer support for 2 hours with 2 different people and they could not fix the problem. It took Alyssa and Jordan 5 minutes to fix the problem!

Alyssa helped me with my problems and she did a positively excellent job. I was extremely satisfied. If you need anything. Go see Alyssa at the Waverly Verizon store.

Quentin was very polite, and patient. He made the long process pleasant! We just had time transferring from our old carrier, which was nothing that he could do anything about, but he was nice!

There was only 1 employee, Chloe, there to work. Several customers were there including myself waiting to be helped. One employer can’t be expected to do it all although Chloe did an excellent job.

Steve did an awesome job

We had trouble porting out our lines but Carl persisted and we left with great phones for us and a phone for our daughter with parental controls. He listened to what we needed and delivered. Very impressed.

Quentin was very helpful. I was there to ask several questions, pay on my billand had a few concerns. He had helped me with all. Ty!
