Dollar General

I walked in and was greeted with hello how are you . The store was a little messy but i think its due to low staffing situation kinda the norm now but anyway i needed help to locate a item andvthis dear lady named Donna took me right to the item the same person that greeted me she was stocking and told me when i was ready to ck out she would be happy to asst me or i can use self ckout what ever i wanted i finished up shopping and Donna checked me out invite d me to come back as well. Overall happy to come bk

This is the very best Dollar General in the area. The manager and staff are always so very kind, patient, and helpful. The reason most customers only spend an average of 15 minutes here is because, unlike the larger super markets, they don’t have to spend hours going from aisle searching for items.

I have never seen a line in this particular store. This time however, the line was almost wrapped around to the grocery section. They had two people working that day and for some reason they decided to leave someone who had just started working there all by himself when the store was clearly packed. I guess the other person who was working was on a break. And while making sure that employee's get their required break is important, I know that if I was that other person and I seen that my store was backed up and I left a newbie in there. I would have cut my break short and helped with the customers because customer service is the only thing that is a must in any store setting. If I had a choice I would have waited for a manager and let them know that if it wasn't for the fact that I knew the guy was new, My Ol Man and I would have left and went somewhere else.

where every dollar general might not deserve full 5 stars the entertainment I receive from the 'people like me employees' always makes the trip worth while. while on vacation or right down the road I can always assure a humbling experience with the people behind the counter. take it as you will... you'll just have to visit one yourself. you can find your nearest dollar general in the middle of nowhere at all times, anywhere.

Associate who checked us out was very polite and courteous! I usually do not go to this Dollar General store because it isn't the one closest to my house, however I think I may go to this one more often!

I love this place simply because of the nice people that works there and they seem to always have what I need just a good local place for my convenience and such beautiful honest workers that work hard to benefit me God bless them all

This place has every thing you would want to eat it will make you miss your mom or granny if they aren't with you the people are real friendly and I would go eat thier every time I can or would be in that area great place keep it up jd

Who doesn't love the DG? Lol They have what I went after tonight & even cheaper than the dang Walley World too .. even better. Very friendly cashier and was helpful as well. I'll definitely be going back.

I go here two or three times a week for everything I need . Great people work in the Loudon branch.

Love the dollar store is better than Walmart they have everything you need at a great price in my opinion five star

Always shop at dollar store when possible. I like the smaller stores, I can't walk all over those superstores searching for 3 items.
