Walgreens

This is my favorite store. The pharmacy techs are so caring and the pharmacist goes above and beyond to help even though she is obviously over worked. Wouldn't get my medication anywhere else.

Was just told that my insurance didn't cover my medication and that they would "save me money" by using Good Rx, but when I called my insurance, I was told it was covered and that Walgreens hadn't even tried to submit the claim. They are fraudulently charging people cash for meds that you desperately need because they can get away with it. Do not go here! I have no had this problem with other Walgreens, but this one in particular should have their license revoked.

They need to go ahead and shut this place down. the pharmacist are so rude and they’re always forgetting to do their job! don’t come here, unless you wanna be talked to like an animal

My wife and I got tested for COVID because we’re going on a $10k cruise. We find out at 8p the night before our cruise, in Canada, that the tests were cancelled because they didn’t label the test tubes. Also, they messed up my wife’s DOB so she couldn’t get her results. Jasmine needs fired. We talked to 8 different Walgreens representatives, and no one would help at all. Walgreens = garbage

When checking out, the young Black lady at the register, proceeded to talk on her phone, all the while cussing to whoever she was talking too. She never once acknowledge me as a paying customer. The clip reader was broken, and I proceed to ask her if she knew this. I was completely ignored due to her ever precident phone call. I know as a company Walgreen’s would not be acceptable of this is an employee who is meant to have customer service skills, and who is the face of their company.

Pharmacy staff is friendly, but the hours are constantly changing and it's difficult to get your medicine unless you don't work during the week. I'm having to change to a different Pharmacy.

Covid testing is ridiculous first day I scheduled a appointment supposedly their system was down. Next day I finally took what I thought was supposed to be a rapid test and I never got my results. On top of all of this good luck talking directly to anyone at the store they only have automated calls. This store service sucks!

This is the worse experience I ever had when I had to wait for 15 minutes in line I get told I get what I needed in drive threw cause they decided if you didn't feel gd you couldn't get what you needed in drive thru you had to come inside awanted medicine for high blood pressure so I felt like working 🤦‍♀

I can not give less than a one star.
I was in the store yesterday and employees were sitting cross legged on the counter eating pizza. Where are the adults in these places?

Don’t even bother going to this pharmacy. They don’t keep proper notes on your profile, and they forget things constantly.

Very rude at time's, will send you a text saying that your order is ready and when you get there they have no idea what you are talking about? Or they have to order it because they don't have it

Don't waste your time with shot appointment this place is mismanaged you will wait forever.
