Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel in awhile. Food was good, and the store is cute! Still enjoy playing the little game they leave sit on the tables.
This place might be understaffed due to having so many seats open, and quite the wait. I recommend walking around the store while waiting to be seated.

Update a few months later:
The wide stall in the ladies restroom was disgusting. The seat was peeling, dirty and rough, the drain was full of hair, the bin was overflowing and paper was strewn over the floor. As the sign advised, I found a member of staff and told her the wider stall needed attention. I am a wheelchair user and her look quite obviously told me she thought I was the guilty party confessing. "OK" she said. No apologies, no thank you for telling her, just "OK".
If the restroom was like that, I hate to think how the kitchens are.
The food was however delicious as always.

Got a take out order here while on the road. Hot and ready for pickup. Friendly service as always. Exactly what you would hope for when coming here.

Food and service were excellent. We usually try to find local spots but our last few experiences were a bit tasteless. We wanted comfort and quality. Cracker Barrel gives us this and they delivered familiarity and faithful flavor plus service.

We came around 1:40pm on a Saturday with a party of three. We were seated right away. Tyra, our server, was excellent. She was super attentive and exceeded our expectations. The manager came over as well to check in on us, which I love to see because it shows everyone on the team works to make the experience a great one. The food was delicious and hot, and everything was correct. We have no complaints. Thanks for the great meal!

Our server was beyond good. She was attentive and considerate. We were seated fairly quickly for the amount of customers and our drinks came right away. It was fabulous. Parking was expansive, and we were able to park right next to the door. They brought us a car seat accessible seat for our youngest and chocolate milk for my husband.

Wonderful food, probably the best cooking of any Cracker Barrel I have ever visited. The Haddock was cooked perfectly, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The hash brown casserole was crunchy on the top, but not dried out. Overall the cooking was on point and delicious. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.
And let's not forget the Country Store, I can always find something I like at a very good price.

I’m so glad that we have finally gotten our pre-Covid Cracker Barrel back and in some ways, even better!! The atmosphere is as good as ever, the service is great and the food is, well: Cracker Barrel!! The bonus is all the new selections and appetizers! Can I say, I’m pretty excited!! Five star excited!

Always good southern cooking period I love their breakfast, cheesy hash, brown casserole. For lunch or dinner, I get Pinto beans, macaroni. And cheese color greens and cornbread. Yum, yum.

I went on Thanksgiving expecting a Ham meal, maybe some mashed potatoes because they showed all this fabulous food online but had neither ham or potatoes or any other type of meat for lunch. I got a vegetable platter. There were 3 of us & we all got sick. We all were disappointed, normally it's a great experience but not on a holiday for me again.

Love eating here and love it when they have the fireplace going. Sitting in front of it is the best. The only thing I don't like to eat here is the gravy. It's sawmill gravy and won't eat it. Everything else is perfect

Placed a order on the phone they said 20 minutes I get to cracker barrel in 20 mins. Go to the cash rester and pay for my food thing it will b rite out. No 30 minutes later I'm back at the rester wanting a refund. Manager comes and offers to go back and c what's up and comes out with my food 10 minutes later.

Like any other restaurant, they are staffed with only the dedicated employees chose to come in. Given the fact that they're running at 30% staffed, they're doing awesome!

We received excellent, down-home, Southern hospitality today!

I had the fried chicken, my wife had chicken and dumplings, which were fantastic!

My chicken was delicious but I would have liked the chicken to have had a little more flavor to the breading, that's my personal preference.

After dinner, we spent 30 minutes in the gift shop, finding goodies for the kids!

Awesome food ,friendly staff , home style cooking, gift store already set for Christmas 🎄 and so pretty. We live in Nashville and take a drive to this Cracker Barrel (yes it's way way way out of area)! " Preference"✅

We are traveling from Michigan going south and stopped to have dinner.We have had awful experiences in the past times we ate at a Cracker Barrel, but last night our server Nash turned it around. He was so polite, on top of everything and honest about what not to order.I watched and listened as he waited on several tables and he never missed a beat or a smile.Thank you Nash for making our evening pleasant.

These are the only places we stopped on our travels. The staff are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. The Peach Iced Tea is to die for and the food was and as always.....was pretty darn good. If you want to beat the fast food "coma" and eat something that both tastes good and isn't so bad for you, I would definitely stop here!

These are nice nice people. The first rest area was closed on I-65 north, so we took the next exit. I chose the Cracker Barrel for our stop. We used the restrooms. And then ask for coffee to go. The extra nice man gave it to me free. I ALWAYS remember people like this. ❤

Great experience! Despite past poor reviews by others, we gave it a shot. We had great service, the food was great, and the store was clean. I’d go again!

The food was ok , my hashbrown casserole tasted as if it had sat out all day but my country fried chicken salad was great oh and the waitress didn't bring our biscuits & cornbread until they brought out our meal. All in all it was ok we didn't leave hungry .

As always Cracker Barrel was excellent. Service and food. Wish they'd do a military discount!
