Denny's

My wife and I love the food here when they're on their game, but it can be hit or miss. The last few meals we've had were excellent, though, especially during our latest visits. Our wait staff has been terrific as well and the food comes out quickly. The chicken fried steak and eggs was absolutely terrific. Sometimes you just gotta have some Denny's!

I recently stopped by and had the ultimate breakfast combo - the Spicy Moons Over My Hammy sandwich and the Red, White & Blue Pancakes. Let me tell you, it was a meal to remember. The sandwich was packed with flavor, with just the right amount of spice to wake up my taste buds. And the pancakes? Oh man, they were fluffy, sweet, and loaded with blueberries and strawberries. The perfect way to start my day.

And the service? Top-notch. Even though it was just one person working, they kept everything running smoothly and made sure I had everything I needed. The vibe was chill and laid-back, which made for a super relaxing meal.

So if you're looking for a legit breakfast spot, hit up Denny's. They've got the food, the service, and the vibe on lock. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

Twice now - I think we skipped a year - Ive met up with my friend Jessica who is like a daughter to me and her husband John and their boys. Traveling from Arkansas through Kentucky back to Ohio around holidays. This year Christmas time. It was so good to see them! And Nathan was a superb waiter as usual! 😃

We like to come here after hitting The Mint gaming hall. Our last couple of trips have been rough, but tonight was great. James was our waiter and he did a great job taking care of us. He both greeted and served us. He had a great attitude, got the order right and kept our drinks full. Excellent experience that’s to him.

Been going there once a week for the last 3 years services excellent you get a lot for your money the food is very delicately prepared from their pancakes to their salmon just an incredible great place to eat

I recently visited the Franklin Denny's while on a family vacation, and I have to say my experience was wonderful. Our server Kristy was amazing! She was quick to take our order and bring out our food. Our drinks were never empty and our order came out correct. Kristy really went above and beyond in making our dining experience a memorable one. We loved the delicious food, and Denny's is now my daughter and son's new favorite place to eat. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

I was there Sunday where it seemed to be extremely busy. I came in in the afternoon where my server Jaxon was great. She was attentive and helped me find the cheapest option available for my budget. She was quick on drinks and good on checking in despite how busy it was. Sam the manager is great and was very polite and helped fix a mishap quickly. When I went to check out, there was a woman there named Andy? I believed who seemed uncomfortable checking me out. Maybe it was a bad day but she was huffing and rolled her eyes when I got confused. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt because this isn’t the first time I’ve been here and I’ve never had this interaction before. I will come again as the food was good and so was the atmosphere, I believe this was just a one off experience.

Our server, Nikki, said she was new to serving but amazing! Food was great, took a little bit but the other server seemed to be taking her time and Nikki was helping her customers too.

First time at this location. Understaffed but the employees that were there handled it professionally.

I'm a truck driver that I travel to 48 states and coming to Dennys in Franklin KY the place looks nice and I like the area but I'm sure people seen it all the time but the one thing that is the best thing is meeting this one waitress that not only that she did and great job but she is the one most wonderful person that I've ever met and she is doing a great job and her name is Kristy I was at her Dennys on January 18 2024 on Nashville rd in Franklin KY and so I just want to say and hope who ever gets her to be your waitress she is a great person and server hope she gets to read this review keep up what your doing I life and keep doing what you do great job of making me feel comfortable and to enjoy my breakfast she was there when I needed her she us one of the best waitress that I ever met.

Food was hot and tasted great! I loved my strawberry stuffed French toast!
Service was fast and friendly-they did a great job keeping my coffee full!

My family and I had the best time the food was hot and delicious the customer service was amazing! The manager, Sierra, visited our table and even helped me calm the kids she was awesome! Such a great Denny's experience!!

I've been to this Dennys a lot as a trucker I absolutely love Dennys. Last night I knew I would be in late so I called to make sure they would be open. The nicest lady answered the phone and let me know they would be open all night and would save me a seat. Her customer service was amazing and she acted like I was her favorite customer. It's not rare you get great customer service these days. So if your in the mood for Dennys go see Sierra on second shift she was the nice lady on the phone come to find out she's a manager she had Ms. Debby take care of me the food was amazing!!!

I just want to say that I had the best customer service here and the food was amazing so fresh and hot! Sierra was so nice she visited my table to chat and check on me it's been a long time since I've had such great customer service!

Enjoyed a nice quiet meal.

Host was kind and quick and even helped out and brought my food out for me, offered me discount cards for the next time I come. Server was good, food was good just eggs were over hard instead of over medium but still delicious.

Jaxon was really kind, friendly, and helpful. The manager Sam, was attentive and helpful, and seemed to care about their customers. This made me feel welcomed.

Fantastic Venue!
Just need a little more help during the busy hours.
If I live near Franklin I would plan a trip and Includ Dennys for a nice meal.

The Dennys inl Franklin kentucky is inside a truck stop. The food is good as is most Denny's. But it's a little dated compared to some I have been in.
