Colorado Grill Franklin KY

Stopped in for dinner on a road trip back to Texas from Michigan. Glad we did. This large restaurant has a great vibe and laid back attitude.

Nice large bar area and great drink combinations. Good sized menu with some great steakhouse choices.

Service was quick, friendly and server had great suggestions as far as menu selections. Grab a cocktail, the fresh from the oven bread is coming out and it is great!

All food items ordered were served hot and freshly made. It was a real pleasure to have a leisurely dinner while passing through town. If you find yourself in the area, stop on in.

My wife and I had a great experience at Colorado Grill. This was our 2nd visit to this location and it did not disappoint. Our food was hot, delicious, more than plentiful, and reasonably priced. We both had the Chicken Alfredo, and I had the chicken soup as a side. Amazing food all around.

Our server, Kevin, was a delight. He was very friendly, informative, helpful, and went above and beyond with a request we needed to make.

We went there on Saturday, October 7th, 2023. The service was spectacular, thanks to our waitress. Our steak was done to perfection. The chef was right, best steak in town. Definitely will visit next time I'm in town. This is the true definition of a Steakhouse.

Love everything about this place EXCEPT the overwhelmingly loud country music. Nice staff and bartenders, food is excellent, atmosphere is texmex steakhouse, but it reminds me of older places from my youth for some reason. Will definitely go back.

Ok... so a real review here. This place is terrific. It is not a three star restaurant or the best food in the world. But, they pay attention to the details and take pride in the food quality and presentation. The Pepper Steak soup was a little on the spicy side, but still good and presented beautifully. The side salad wasn't top notch with the best lettuce and such but was presented elegantly and was delicious and fresh. The Redfish with wild rice was dynamite and the asparagus, although not the best quality, was prepared perfectly and presented like someone gave a damn.... and that's the rub. The people here give a damn and care about their work and the food presented. In this day and age when I am disappointed almost 90 percent of the time, I was thoroughly impressed by the effort and care that went into everything. I will definitely be back when passing through. The ownership here must be top notch because as we know, attitude flows downhill and those all the way down care about this place.

We had Colorado Grill - Franklin cater our Christmas Party last night and words cannot express just how amazing everything was! The customer service from start to finish was superb. Andy was so easy to work with and was so accommodating with all my requests, and April was courteous, prompt and friendly in the food delivery. All the food was delivered perfectly. I am sure it was not easy to time everything like they did (especially with fried food, catfish and chicken), but they managed to pull it off without a hitch. All of our guests loved everything! We will be using them in the future, and I strongly recommend them for your next fiesta!

First time visiting The Colorado Grill, unlike most post pandemic restaurants this place seams to be doing very will in the selection and portion division. Prices are adequate for food provided. Will be back next time we visit Franklin Kentucky.

You wont be dissapointed. We were traveling through and happened upon this place. The CG is great! Excellent service. Complimemtary Sourdough bread is the bomb. My salad was super fresh and plentiful. We had the philly steak and rocky top chicken with grilled potatoes/onions/bell pepper side. From front door back we could not have asked fpr a better dining experience!

Our waitress Jordan she was a great waitress. Chicken tenders was great and huge. Hubby ordered nachos they were very good. We will be back on our next trip. Chicken tenders came with hunny mustard i asked for ranch just in case i didn't like hunny mustard it was real good.

Driving home from Illinois and I needed a bite and a break from the road.

Stopped in here and was pleasantly surprised. Big place with a decent crowd at an odd time - always a good sign.

Friendly and fast service, diverse menu and a giant loaf of hot bread and butter makes for a happy Glenn.

Got the Cowboy Pork Ribeye with baked sweet tater and broccoli. Juicy pork with great char marks and who doesn’t like a sweet tater and broccoli smothered in butter?

Hubby had been craving steak, and when we saw this was just across the road from the hotel it was a no brainier!
Friendly service, a good variety of choices on the menu but of course he had to have the prime rib which is only available after 4pm on a Friday, thank goodness it was 4.15 on a Friday!
His prime rib was huge and delicious as were my chicken tenders, each with two sides there was way too much for us to finish.
The decor is amazing with animal scenes and a waggon suspended above the bar.

The most fantastic meal. Cowboy loin chop and Chicken Alfredo, salads with pomegranate dressing. Friendliest staff ever. And, prices are so reasonable. You must stop here if you are in the area. Our next trip will definitely include Colorado Grill Franklin Kentucky.

Great family friendly atmosphere. We could hear people in the bar cheering on their favorite team, but wasn't too loud or distracting. We enjoyed seeing the stuffed animal decorations and the wagon hanging above the bar. The music was a lot older 1970's hits that my family enjoyed hearing and singing along with. The portions were generous and we all had a hard time finishing our food. The flavors were delicious.
I highly recommend the Colorado Salad with pecan chicken. It is the largest, most well crafted, fresh, and most flavorful salad I have seen since before 2020. The service was quick and friendly. We left beyond satisfied with our meal. We will be returning.

Jessica was so great! She provided wonderful service when asked for recommendations and when my meal needed attention. The food was very tasty! I don’t care for taxidermy which is why I chose 4 stars for the atmosphere.

Food was delicious. Service wasn’t the greatest. Slightly expensive. But the atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice.

Anita was our server. We haven’t had good service like that in years. She was amazing. The veggie burger and mushroom Swiss burger were delicious. If you are in Franklin, Kentucky, this is a great place to eat.

My wife and I attended this establishment on my birthday and i must say they did not disappoint, the only reason we came here was because of the good google the reviews and they are true!, we ordered the house salad and jack cheese fryed squares, the salad was fresh and the fryed cheese was so flavorful the best ive had so far personally, the 16oz prime rib is amazing best prime rib we have had also the baked potato was good and the brocolli was cooked perfectly and was nice and buttery, we also got the chili cheese fries , the chili was ok, we also got the fried chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint it was fresh and the batter used was sooo flavorfull, the beers were good and tge bourbon beer was excellent! Its a strong beer tho so be careful lol we had grest table service and received a free dessert for my birthday which I truly appreciated so much, this is a great establishment with super tasty food.
