AT&T Store

I enjoyed having someone that speaks Spanish- I appreciate all the work around diversity and inclusion. Christian was super helpful and provides the best customer service- he didn't push anything on me and that's awesome!! Please give this man a raise and promotion- this store is way out of my way but worth the extra distance for amazing people.

Donna was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring during our visit. We went to two different AT&T stores prior to seeing Donna at this location. After our third attempt we were exhausted and frustrated with the process of just trying to simply upgrade my phone. Donna took great care of us and made sure it was speedy but also paying attention to details. Thank you, Donna!

This ATT store was awesome each time I went in. First time I did wait but the man was able to fix a problem that other Verizon store couldn't. I was transferring service. This week I went in again with another problem. No wait. The women was very knowledgeable and sat with me for over an hour. This Thornton store is great.

Austin,Matthew and Mikail gave us the best customer service!!! At this store , you are not rushed and you are treated like family. Every question was answered and we felt confident in our choices. When we back to active the phones- we experience some weird issues BUT it was not an issue for these 3 amazing men. They figured out the issues and trust me they were weird and not normal and when we left the store we were so happy that we chose this store. I have never had such an amazing experience when purchasing phones!! There aren’t enough good adjectives to describe how great our experience was!!

Worked with Karla and she was an absolute life saver. Ended up helping us work through our account to bring our bill down and got two new phones. If visiting this store, try to get Karla to help you out — phenomenal service from beginning to end.

I just ported from T mobile to At and T. I had so many questions and customer service couldn’t help. I was at this store at 9 am first thing in the morning which I felt bad and Crystal was so helpful and kind she literally sat with me and looked at my account and broke down the balance. Set up the phone for me and transferred everything. She had so much patience and was so kind. I’ve never met someone so kind and patient. Crystal should be a supervisor or get a raise. She knows her stuff and has great customer service! Thanks Crystal!

Crystal is a life saver! My account got suspended because I bought a phone that was blacklisted and I put my SIM card in there so it's suspended my account. Well my pin didn't work and I couldn't reset it because I couldn't receive text. It was so frustrating because we couldn't get through to customer service because I didn't know pin just didn't work and I have no idea why. I use the same pin for everything. She was able to get through to customer service finally. It was like a different department. Anyhow, my phone is working again. Everyone knows how important our phones are. I was so frustrated that I wanted to cry and she made my day. I was sick and without a phone for a week. I mean, I had wifi but still like I needed my actual phone number back so I could get important text. Thanks Crystal!

Karla was awesome . Solved all of our issues and made sure everything was good to go before we left the door.

Donna was very helpful and has amazing customer service! We are so thankful to have had her to assist us in the event of a stolen phone. She made sure to get us the best deal and was empathetic to our situation. Great experience for an unfortunate event!

They were very helpful and took time to clearly explain options. I only wish the CSR on the phone were as much.

Dylan, the manager was great with both my mother and me. We had several (probably silly) questions, Dylan respectfully walked us through everything making sure everything was crystal clear for both of us. We left there very satisfied and grateful for such professional service.

Bradley the store manager was so kind and helpful. Very informative.

Crystal was amazing!! Best employee that works there and deserves a raise!!! We weren’t sure what to do at all about my phone and the iCloud back up on it, and she was able to recover so much of my memories through pictures and my contacts!! Thank you for your help Crystal!!!

100% recommend this store. This a is a corporate store. Don’t go to the Westminster’s store, come straight here. I had a problem with a very simple solution. No one via phone note the stores in Westminster could help me. In fact the initial problem was caused because of both Westminster’s stores. I came here, and the manager solved my problem on a matter of minutes. Something I had been struggling with for days. He had a genuine interest in solving the issue, was professional, courteous, and kind. He save a plan with 4 lines. Amazing customer service and pleasant experience. Come to this store first. Skip going to any other Att stores go straight for a corporate store!! Thank you guys!!

I’m very happy and thankful for the way James/Manager handle and fixed the issue just in a couple minutes.

My husband was passed away more than 2 years and his name was on the bill statement and we had a lot family members passed away since, very sad I have to decide canceled 3 phone lines,( I still can’t decide with my hubby phone line ❤)

After calling several other att stores which all said that I can't keep my phone number when switching from att prepaid to postpaid, finally talked to Donna at this store and she said it wasn't a problem at all, went there and Eric was able to help me, and I was able to keep my phone number which I had for 14 years with att, the other stores just wanted to make more money for selling a new line, the guys at this store were honest and just wanted to help unlike the other stores

Great experience! Joram was super polite and helpful. Would recommend him to anyone. He was every bit as much of mobile expert that someone could hope to be for your establishment, he was knowledgeable, efficient, upbeat, understanding, and quite friendly.
