Shondria is the bomb and a total blessing in customer service--i was so unhappy& cranky when i walked in, but left feeling like the world is not a total loss. She was responsive, kind, encouraging, and offered fresh wings if thats what i wanted-THANKU mz shondria:)

Routine visit

So me an my love rounded up almost 8,000 points have like 7,860 points for every dollar you spend you get 10 points but i can spend almost 800$ at 711 but every time i go in there to collect my points an get the free stuff you get after spending up saving points an non of these 711 employees know anything about it or how to let me apply my points to my purchase whats going on 7-11 this is not the only 7-11 i have had a problem with this issue?

9:07 am and they won't let me use the bathroom. "Bathroom doesn't work." Then when you ask them what do they do working a shift and need to use the bathroom... That's when they look at you, stuck on stupid, as if you've asked them for the square root of 0.067 to come up with a suitable excuse.
"Private owned. I don't own it but there's no public bathroom."

7-Eleven corporate, aren't your locations supposed to have public bathrooms? This is one of the handful of locations here in Denver that have excuses to not let you use their bathroom.

I'm a paid customer, why can't I use the bathroom??

I was refused to use a bathroom as I was there as a customer.

Restroom is always "out of service" here. Worst part, the employee here couldn't even look me in the eye and had his face twisted up when I had asked him politely if the restroom was available. I took my business up the road, instead.

Restroom locked. Shouldn't have even bought water and certainly didn't buy gas. If I have to go somewhere else for basic needs then I shouldn't even stop & pay for overpriced water and buy gas. If the the convenience isn't in a convenience store then no point to paying convenience store prices.

Customer service is horrible. I went to get gas and the guy working at cashier was very rude.

The worst customer service, it’s like you’re an inconvenience, and prices are too high, I do not go to any 7 eleven anymore when there’s way better.

Just was charged $6.40 for 4 taquitos and a $1.09 water. I wished I would have asked for a receipt! This was around 6:00am

The lady that was working this morning was rude right off the batt I was asking for a tobacco product and she stood directly in the way had an attitude the entire time when choose asking which one because I told her the 1st 1 she grabbed was wrong She proceeded to get even ruder every time she grabbed the wrong thing when I told her if she woods not stand in the way I could help her then she proceeded to snatch my coffee and spill it all over me and the counter this lady should not have a job anywhere in public she is very rude and should be fired
