Walgreens

My review is about the Pharmacy in particular. The pharmacy staff are friendly and knowledgeable despite the stressful working conditions. The pharmacist listens to customer concerns and is very invested in ensuring customers are delivered their medications as soon as possible and is articulate in his ability handle customer concerns and obtuse circumstances. The pharmacy techs deliver first rate customer service even while being berated by customers with an aberrant and obese sense of entitlement. I hope Walgreens compensates these staff adequately for the sheer enormity of the idiocy they deal with on a daily basis. Keep up the good work!

I was just on for an eyebrow liner. Hannah was so sweet and very helpful. She knew exactly what I needed. Thanks again Hannah!!

The pharmacist is always friendly. I didn't know that some of my prescriptions weren't ready because one was at another Walgreens I told her I could come back another day and she made sure I got all three so I didn't have to go back. It didn't even take that long. Thank you!

The Pharmacy calls when your prescrition is due and you can get up to 3 months of prescribed meds. They tell you when other meds. may affect you if it's a new medicine. Sometimes the drive takes a bit but if your not feeling well...

The Pharmacy manager is an Angel! Avanee saved my husband from suffering without his RX and helped me deal with a unique situation and the fact my insurance wouldn't cover. She even looked up savings card information for me. Never before has a pharmacist went to the trouble of doing all this. My family thanks you for going above and beyond so he can get relief. Thanks a million times!

Shela was great! She retake my passport photo, made it exactly what I wanted.
She was knowledgeable and direct, and knows her job the best and loved working with her. She works at photo department and she is very helpful. Thanks to the staff, they are always sweet and helpful.

Have been going to this store for over a decade. Recently it seems to be improving. They cleanup up the yard, for one thing. The store seems better organized? It was always a tad cluttered before. Always great service. Keep it up!

Muhammad the Pharmacist is excellent.

Nice people for the most part. One cashier got crazy with me and acts like shes threatening to short change me. It all started because I said something about a three way patriarchal showdown in the middle east and her being an Edomite.

Staff is helpful, visit usually quick and courteous

It took more than 24 hours to fill 2 prescriptions. "technician error" is what they told me in the pharmacy the next day. They didn't bother to call after they asked for my number to text when it was ready. Then the tech told me they had just gotten one of my medications in that day. Meaning, they were out when I went to fill them?? Some people cannot afford to wait that long for their medication. I am one of them. Extremely poor customer service. I won't be using this pharmacy again.
