7-Eleven

The neighborhood is so fortunate to have this amazing 7-11. So clean and well stocked. The owners are so kind and hard working. Always there. They take so much pride in their business and we benefit from that. 7-11 headquarters should award this store for its excellence.

Robby is a great, I always see him working hard and he is always provides exceptional customer service.

24 hour convince store. But they're friendly even at 3 am. Mediocre selection of 7-11 stuff though, especially beverages.

Suspect gas! I filled up from E and my gas mileage was extremely reduced, went from 23/gallon to 16/gallon.

I went in to this store with my sister, who frequents this establishment. Since I wasn't buying anything, I waited for her to purchase a drink. I didn't touch a single product. After the drink was paid for and we were about to leave, the man working there falsely accused me of stealing. To prove a point that we're not thieves, we left the drink that we paid for and stormed out. While the man working there was unprofessional, rude, and accusatory, there is a lady who works there who is always very kind and polite.

The guy that was working the 4 o'clock on 4/13/2018 shift like to help who ever he wants. So if your waiting in line he just skipped me to help someone else, didn't excuse himself to help the other customer. I never left a 7 11 so mad like I wasn't even there. This used to be my typical 711, was really great customer service, now none. Not going back ill shop at any other store.

No consistency of items between stores. Completely defeats the purpose of a franchise.

GOT DOUBLE CHARGED I go to this 7/11 frequently because I live near by. The staff is never paying attention and they don't honor the deals and their price markers are incorrect. Past two times I have been their card reader has been not reading my card and they had to re ring me on the other register. Their equipment is always dirty and this probably contributes to the malfunction Today I got double charged because they had to ring me up twice. I tried calling several times but they do not pick up.
