Duffeyroll Bakery Cafe

I got here at 9am and the place was buzzing with customers, and many bake goods were already sold out. I bought the zesty orange cinnamon roll and it was even better than I expected. A light crunch and the dough was so soft! The sweetness wasn’t over powering! I bought a coffee too but that was just a brewed coffee and nothing great. It was an old fashioned feel that I love! I would definitely come again!

I've made a new resolution to start finding local businesses to support when I can. Duffeyroll Bakery Cafe was my first stop!

Duffeyroll is a bakery that was founded in 1986 right here in Denver, CO. They specialize in homemade cinnamon rolls but also have savory rolls and a new cobbler line! You can order them to go either piping hot or to make at home or (at my location) sit outside on their patio!

I ordered mine to go and asked for one of every flavor of cinnamon roll they had. I also mentioned in my order that I would love if the box could be labeled with what kinds they were. A gentleman who was working there assured me that there would be a flavor card in the box so that I could easily identify the flavors!

Definitely a great first stop on my new local food journey! I will be back!

Yum! We tried a variety of mini rolls and each one was very tasty. I also tried the bacon savory one and it did not disappoint. All of the cinnamon rolls were soft and flaky and a perfect size to try the few flavors we did. The house coffee was delicious by itself or adding cream and sugar (perfect pair to the cinnamon rolls) I think service was excellent and I would definitely go back to this location.

On my list of 50 things I have to eat before I die in Denver so I was glad to stop here on my recent trip to Denver. I was there at 6:30 in the morning and they were open and dishing out great treats.

As the name suggests they are famous for their cinnamon rolls. I had been told I had to try the Irish Cream cinnamon roll. It was very good and those bites near the center really packed a flavor punch.

I also tried the bacon savory roll which was filled with bacon and other delicious ingredients.

My sweet tooth dominated this contest and my favorite of the two rolls was the sweet one. They also serve a full variety of coffee styles. The service was quick and friendly. It is worth the stop if you are by Duffyroll Bakery.

Loves the bacon roll and the Blueberry roll. My daughter had the cinnamon roll. Her words "this is the best cinnamon roll I've ever had." When we are in Denver will always stop by.

Incredible all around. We got here right as they were about to close and the team (Michael and Jovana) were super nice and accommodating. Very friendly! We got a big sampler box and literally everything was off the hook. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back again and again!

Finally got a chance to grab some savory and sweet cinnamon rolls. Also I adore the Naked Nellie. I'm loving that the boxes are recyclable ❤😁

It's been a while since I had a Duffeyroll. I've been trying to come in so my mom and wife can taste how heavenly they are. I had a little time today before moms appt. I called in my order and swung in to get. While waiting to pick the order up, I noticed how friendly and fun the staff was. Issues arose, and they remained friendly and beyond helpful. Because of how friendly they were and how helpful they were. This location has a customer as long as there.
Additional-- Once found out, I was military and police (retired), very happy and fist bumps. Have never had staff do that. Usually, it's a quick thank you. Well, be back when back in town. THANK YOU...

LOVE THIS PLACE! It's a requirement for me to come here every time I'm in Denver! The Irish Creme, Pecanilla, Maple, Original, and Toffee are all spectacular! The staff are always friendly and the store is always clean. This time I tried the Bacin Sun breakfast sandwich and was well worth it. My gf tried the sausage sandwich, but she didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed mine. Either way, we'll back next time!

Really enjoyed these rolls. Dough is light so your okay to eat 2. Variety of flavors. I really liked the orange flavor. Not overly sweet.

Recently moved to the Denver area and stopped by this Duffeyroll Cafe location after driving by their Pearl St location every day for work. For a rainy Sunday morning, we were looking for a low key breakfast spot and Duffeyroll Cafe was perfect. When we mentioned we were first timers, they offered us complimentary mini rolls to taste. We ordered two full size rolls with coffee and watched them churn out dozens of fresh rolls while we were there; the place was busy! We snagged another round of rolls when their fresh Zesty Orange flavor came out and it was my husband’s favorite. They have take-and-bake options as well and we’re excited to grab some to take back home for holidays. The staff was very busy, but so warm and friendly. Definitely one of our new regular places to go (:

First time enjoying a breakfast sandwich and small duffey roll. It was a delicious and cozy spot. Lots of parking too!

Read about this online and had to try them when visiting Denver from Michigan. The original is absolutely amazing!!! I was skeptical because there isn't glaze. Does. Not. Need. It.

Also tried the Maple, but the original is better. If you aren't a sweets person, the savory ones are ridiculously delicious!

I can't believe I've been eating donuts this whole time when these tasty beautiful little things have been around. Beautiful cafe reasonably priced friendly staff what more do you need...GO GET SOME DUFFYROLLS

Starting off with saying it was DELICIOUS! I was on my way to work and needed to stop by for something that wouldn’t take long. They were quick and the service was amazing. I was greeted and was given a free mini sample since it was my first time there. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the flavors. Thank you guys for making it a great experience :)

Great crispy cinammon roll. I'm normally a soft and fluffy sort but the flavor was top notch and it was plenty moist.

Been coming here for 18+ years. Best cinnamon rolls around, great service, excellent atmosphere. Be careful, it's hard to settle for anything else after a few delicious Duffy rolls.

The Duffyroll cafe is always a denver classic I will always love! I had the best service from JT and Michael and the best sandwiches. Definitely stop here for the famous Duffy roll and a sandwhich!
