Looking new again with new layouts and added departments, they also havea Luv Sac company being representedin the back, so that was an interesting surprise as I haven't been in this store for a while. It's well organized and there are staff available to answer questions and take you to the correct location for your queries. Which is nice to see as many retailers are stepping away from customer service.

Don’t usually write reviews about big box stores but just bought new appliances for my kitchen and Ryan in the appliance department is super professional! Very knowledgeable about all the appliances and helped me maximize the Presidents Day sale!

I have a fabulous experience with Malyca the geek award brilliant women She was kind caring and listened. She had empathy for this ole woman just off major open heart surgery! You are fortunate to have her on your team!!!!

It was a big pleasure meeting GEORGIE and DALEY who really enjoy helping customers with any type of tech problem.

The customer service is wonderful. I love all the beautiful displays they have created in the store for demoing products. A few of them were not hooked up properly and that should be a priority but overall this is where I like to shop and demo products. Another great addition is that they also have a separate display store for high-end TVs with more natural lighting so people are not buying just based on brightness. I am a big fan and it gives so much more realistic representation of what people will be seeing.

I ordered a new TV on a holiday sale and wanted to pick it up at the store. We arrived a few minutes before they said it'd be ready. I was not feeling well at this point, and the person who I spoke to initially had no idea what I was talking about. They fetched this very small woman who was just wonderful! She did everything in her power to speed things up, which unfortunately didn't really work, so I ended up sitting on the floor for over an hour while she tried to sort out whatever the issue was. I give 5 stars because of that woman and I regret not asking her name at the time. She even rolled it out to the car and loaded it for us, which was way above expectations. So, best buy kinda sucks and took way too long for a pick up online order of a product they had sitting on the floor (still not sure why it took so long but whatever), but that lady was awesome! The TV was easy to set up and has been working just fine ever since.

The customer service here is one of my favorites. Everyone always has a smile and is willing to help you with whatever you need. I use this place because of this, even though it's extra drive time. Thanks everyone!

I bought a CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Destop - AMD Ryzen 5 here at this Best Buy and I love it. I use this desktop for literally everything. Working from home, personal projects, gaming, content creating, streaming on Twitch, and everything in between. Not only does it work great out of the box, it looks beautiful with its LED lights. I plan on using this desktop for many years to come.

They were so helpful in the speaker and amp area. Spent a lot of time with us. Bought a $6900 Arcam and a $4200 LG TV. Great experience. Would buy from this store again. Their big store off of Mexico Ave. Big difference from the one in Littleton.

I had a great experience the other day!! I needed a new laptop, and the staff at the desk by the Chromebooks were super kind and helpful. I was dreading making a decision, but they gave me great advice. I’m so happy with the laptop, and some accessories, that I ended up choosing. I give more than 5 stars!

Best Buy is a basic essential in today world... But for those technically challenged to a certain degree... here at this location Ancil is a ROCKSTAR in this arena !!! His knowledge and expertise far out way anyone I have seen before. I travel 20mins when one store Is 5 mins away for anything Best Buy sells to get the knowledge and expertise Ancil can provide!!! I had a much better experience than I have in the past. The clerk named Max was knowledge and friendly. I purchased a portable battery for charging my phone when away from an electrical outlet. Max explained the differences so I could make a decision.

The best part of our trip yesterday was our sales associate. We were shopping for a sound bar with a budget, and instead of selling us something new and with ok quality,
She found us a crazy expensive bar that was out of box for super cheap. We got to demo it, she made sure we had all the cords, and then she found the matching surround sound speakers out of box as well at another store, and had them hold them for us.

Overall we got tripple the value of what paid, and left best buy SO HAPPY. And definitely will be returning for all out electronic needs in the future,
All because of a team member who worked to make our budget work, get us the best items we could afford without making us buy brand new. That's customer service!

Alright, this lady with soiled pants is yelling and cussing at the staff and picking fights. The staff I talked to today, Kaleb and Sean were amazing and very helpful! I looked at her reviews, and there are lots of one star reviews... total Karen, and the staff handled the situation incredibly well. Give these guys a raise!!

Great store. Chaos of Christmas shopping made it slow for help but thats the way holiday makes it. Keep up the good work and don't forget to take a break.

I came in looking for an iron for my clothes which they had on the website, but they didn’t have it in store. This is not the manager’s fault or the staff’s fault. I just think you should carry this in store. The staff inside was really helpful and still tried to help me find it. Very friendly staff work here. In the end, they suggested that I go to a nearby target if I wanted the item immediately.
