This review is for Kaitlyn specifically. She was so sweet and helpful when I was very frustrated about trying to swap from generic to name brand and the system was being problematic. I am frequently frustrated with pharmacies overall but she was awesome and made my day. Thanks Kaitlyn!!!

I shop here all the time. I actually talk with employees and understand with nobody wanting to work anymore they are constantly short staffed, under pressure, and deal with unpleasant people taking frustration on them. If people want a great store instead of complaining, apply and work there. Be part of the solution and not the problem.

I know there may be a lot of negative reviews about this place but that has never been my experience at all. The helpful man named Scott is always in when I go. He is very friendly and attentive and always takes the time to help me out. If your upset about the understaffing then stay upset. This is my neighborhood Walgreens and it’s always busy so cut them some slack!

I have only had positive experiences at this pharmacy! Rachel the main pharmacist is very helpful and kind. The customer service is beyond great considering many of the techs are full times students trying to get experience in the industry. I am sure they are running on less than 7 hours a night each. This location makes it easy to get my prescriptions close to my university and get any vaccines I may need.

My favorite pharmacy by far! The staff are all extremely kind and make sure I am completely informed about my medication before I leave. They are always happy to help me and answer any of my questions. I’ve had especially great interactions with Rachel, the manager. Great job Walgreens at Evans and Downing!

In your neighborhood there is always a big chain store, for those choosing to avoid said store, this isn't the heartless chain store that regularly rotates employees. I like this place it's clean, comfortable and right off the main road. I had the worst time finding Walgreen's Brand licorice though, sup wit that B? Love the Doritos display, the colors always make my high pass with ease.

I have always had such a great experience at this pharmacy. The staff is extremely helpful and quick to provide me with service, especially Shelby. Rachel, the pharmacist, has always answered my questions and concerns thoroughly. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Super great store location and great convenience of having a liquor store inside which has AMAZING selections at reasonable price points. The beauty selections are immense and they are not usually very crowded. Staff can be rude but have had mixed experiences and chalked it up to having a bad day!

Tu in the pharmacy was absolutely wonderful and helped me with a couple other OTC items over the phone that would make me feel better. When I arrived, they had it all together for me so I didn't have to go through the store and grab them. Thank you Tu and thank you the rest of the staff - I am so thankful for you being there for us in these times!!!! Stay safe and bless you all!

best Walgreens in the area- most stocked and friendly staff

I was very impressed with Rachel in the pharmacy! She went above and beyond to help us resolve a small issue we had with insurance and filling a prescription. Very impressed with her professionalism!
