King Soopers

Approximately 1/2 hour after visiting this King Soopers store, I realized that my wallet was missing. I tried to remember where I could have left it and called the store. They informed the cashier brought it to the customer service and I can come and pick it up. I was so relieved as I had my credit cards, money and the DL in there. Very thankful to the honest cashier and their customer service!

The employees at this store are amazing at this store Doug Christian are the best high positive always smile and are happy to help the pharmacy at this store is fast and awesome as well love this place thank you

Loretta Davenport was the most amazing help, If I could recommend a king soopers, I would send you all to this one just for this one incredible human being. She was the most help, and I just cannot emphasize how willing she was to go out of her way to help me.

Staff is always friendly and helpful! They Never hate on my scooter parked out front or my backpack that I wear around because I don’t have a car! I truly appreciate them not treating me like I’m going to steal something. I’ve seen the worst customers in that place and they don’t hesitate to be real with you. I also appreciate that! Also, I carry some knowledge that one of the employees gave me: “small breed dog food vs adult dog food, the difference is small breed has more “fats” for the smaller frame to get them more substance.” I never knew but I’m glad I know because my dog is super little and needs that extra small breed love!

Hani did an excellent job of checking me out quickly today. He was very professional, polite and focused. Great job! You made my trip to the grocery store awesome.

This is a sister company of Kroger which is one of my favorite grocery stores back home so I was very happy about that. This store has a great selection, especially in their produce department. The staff was also very friendly. This is going to be my go to store during my time in the area, I was quite happy with my first experience there.

I just want thank Diane McPherson she has went above and beyond for me tonight. I was trying to purchase a Thanksgiving dinner for my son who just moved to Denver and this is his first Thanksgiving away from his family. There were problems taking the payment because I wasn't fiscally there with the card she still made it possible for my son to have his Thanksgiving dinner. Sometimes I lose faith in people but she definitely restored my faith. She is an awesome representative for your company. I would highly recommend this store because of her.

I worked for king soopers for 5 years as a grocery manager and i learned to appreciate the pride the employees take in having the freshest food and best customer service. Always the freshest meat and produce no question. Just wish this store had a bigger selection of organic produce.

I love Kings the employees have always been extrodinarialy nice to me.I am carless and wait for a cab at their. Outside break table and they treat me like family never in their way. Fish Dept. emp.arr especially nice weigh things out explain the different kind vitamins in fish.the store is always clean.

Had a good vibe in there today

Kia at the customer service counter is amazing. It has been very cold and my battery died. I went up to the counter just to let them know I would be coming back for it by the next day so they wouldn't tow it. She then offered me use of her personal battery jump starter. Unfortunately it did not work but she took the time to help out a complete stranger. We need more people in the world like that. Restored my faith in people today. Thank you Kia!

The first time I stepped into this store was in June 1975. It's had it's ups and downs over the years, but generally, cleanliness, stocked shelves, staff friendliness, and quick check outs have always been on par! I believe that's why it's still open even though a brand new super kings about a mile away

Despite the snowfall and wind the employees were very thoughtful and considerate. They offered to watch my groceries and load them for me if I would bring my car over. I want it noted that that was above and beyond. I truly appreciate it.

Pharmacist is friendly and expedient.

I was very pleased with customer service skills with Nicoletta in the deli! So friendly and inviting!! And she always makes sure temps are up to code!! Will continue to be HER loyal customer for years to come...Promote her!!
