5 stars because I usually have a wonderful time! I go out of my way to go to this store over another because I adore the people who work here. They are usually very smart, incredibly helpful, and really quick! They carry everything I need and I had previously never had an issue. Today I had an absurdly uncomfortable issue with a cashier, though, who was very nice to the people in front of me but then would only scowl at me. She tried to refuse my coupons, attempted to tell me I shouldn’t have been given them, and then scoffed and rolled her eyes at me every time I tried to talk after the managers (who were lovely) left, saying the coupons were in fact valid. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope I never have the misfortune of encountering her and her incredibly negative and belittling attitude again. Yikes.

This store is fantastic!! The staff is amazing and very helpful. Wanted to especially mention Becky for all her knowledge she was able to help me with boots and other concerns. She took time with me to search for the right products I need and was extremely professional and patient. Highly recommend these guys!

Just a fun place to shop. Lots of variety. Tools, hardware, clothes, decent prices, courteous employees. And they had about 100 baby chicks.

The hardware selection here is great! Metric, stainless steel, grade 8, all have plenty of sizes available. It’s my go to now

We visited the Westminster store today and our experience with Becky was AMAZING. Her knowledge on boots is outstanding.
The store did not have the size my husband needed so he will order them on line.

I had never been to a Murdoch's before and it was fun seeing all the extra items they had for sale, including the Amish products.

I've got to give kudos to Kitty in the Men's Wear Department, at the Westminister, Colorado store. Walked in a few days ago to purchase a pair of jeans and the display of jeans was immaculate. I didn't have to move a single pair of pants to find the size I needed. How refreshing to QUICKLY find my size.

Also, I'd also like to recognize Karen, Frank and Dave in shooting sports who are always helpful and friendly, especially for people like me who are still learning correct procedures and usage of firearms. Nice folks.

They have a lot of items that you can't find anywhere else. Even places that should have these things (like you can't find pet dewormer at PetSmart and Petco). Pretty good prices on everything, pet stuff, car/auto, work gear, etc...

There was have some of the best deals. They have some thing for just about everybody. And I am one of those odd sizes because I have very long legs and they always have the right sizes for me. They carry so many cute options also. Tons of dog stuff which my dogs absolutely love, I have bought every one of my dogs beds except to from here. And my dog door.

Very interesting place. The store is packed and very organized with so much. So many brands of items including clothes and outdoor benches. Camping stuff to plumbing and chain saws

I always enjoy going to Murdoch's! My kids and I love seeing the newly hatched chicks. They have a good selection of Western Wear and supplies. Good fun for the whole family.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find a 65 gallon water tank quick and easy.

They always have Carhartt jackets in my husband's size. He likes the tall size jackets. Friendly staff, clean store, good selection. My mother in law loves the kid section.

Bought a chainsaw & the associates were knowledgeable & helpful. They even went through a start up on the saw. That included a full tank of gas & full bar oil tank. The prices were slightly better than another home supply store.

Isaac is absolutely the best! I called asking if they fixed certain tools he said not really but that he would look at it and see if he could help me. He fixed it and made a customer for life thank you so much it.

Had an issue with some items being missing from a tool kit . The folks at the Westminster Murdoch's helped me out with no hesitation. This location was awesome. I will definitely be bringing my business back here .
