Red Wing - Arvada, CO

I have been getting boots at this store for more than 20 years and it is always been a very easy store to get in and out with what i need the personal are always very professional and polite and have a great product.
Have never had boot repaired before this last visit they were able to do that and only took one day awesome job.

Kay who works at the Arvada location in Colorado was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable and friendly! She answered all my questions and made sure that I got what I was looking for and needed . I recommend anyone go to this location and company.

This location is amazing, Kae and Bridget helped me on 5 different ocations, from picking the right shoe to helping me troubleshoot any problems I had, and answer any questions I had. They are extremely intelligent and well informed, I could not praise them enough. 10/10

Fantastic customer service! Got a 1907 Mac that ended up being smaller than expected and they exchanged it for a 1/2 size larger without any questions. The team members in the store both times were very helpful. Highly recommend a visit to this store as well as Red Wing as a company!

This store is quite nice!!
I bought a pair of Red Wing work boots and the process to finding the right boots was taken care of by staff in an outstanding way!
They measure your size and then they scan your feet to suggest soles that increase comfort.
The sale associate in that store fit the boots on your feet for you...not very common anymore...and that is part of their great service!
The specific brand I bought also comes with quite a nice warranty, and every two months they offer free maintenance for your boots.
In case you need new strings, they replace the old broken ones for free.
It is an expensive store...therefore I do not recommend this store if your budget is limited... and beside the service you receive in-store, warranty, and maintenance, the shoes/boots available there, really are of a superior quality.
I definitely recommend this store for the in-store experience, for the maintenance program they offer on the specific brand I bought, and for the quality of the shoes or boots they have available.

Came in to buy my son boots. Very good service here. Our salesman was helpful and very nice. I liked the variety of shoes and boots. I also liked the fact that it was a smaller store, so everything was right there. Would definitely recommend this place.

Went here a couple of weeks ago just to look around and ended up getting my first pair of Red Wings. Brit was very knowledgeable and helpful. Came back today to get some custom inserts. It was quick and easy. Great service. Good selection of less-common sizes too.

Great customer service! Ken helped me and was very helpful. It's been a while since I've been fitted for boots! He took the time to figure out why my back and feet hurt and corrected the problem! The Red Wing boots speaks for themselves! It's a great boot and never disappoints! Thank you Ken was a great shopping experience!

This was the first time I've been to red wing shoes and I left feeling pretty good about my purchase. A truly great selection of work boots compared to almost any other place. Composite, steel and aluminium toe protection options. Some bit models have really thick and durable looking leather. It might take a while for me to break them in, but the 8" Irish Setter Crosby's aren't too uncomfortable to begin with. Based on my first impression, I imagine these'll last me a while. Of course they weren't cheap, but quality isn't cheap. I'm looking forward to them holding up to their reputation. If you thought this review was helpful, then hit the like button below. Thanks.

Great service and good products. Found a great pair of steel toes made in the USA and got my wife a pair of boots too. The even exchanged my wife’s pair for a bigger size after she wore em and found they where to small.

I have never bought a pair of boots or shoes that felt so comfortable on my feet from the second i put them on like my Red Wing Irish Setter boots! The sales staff at this place are awesome! No pressure to buy any thing. And are more than willing to answer any question and stay with you till you find what your looking for!

Excellent quality goods. Very nice selection of footwear. They worked to fulfill my need for a 12 narrow boot. Ended up a D but was narrow cut. Nice job Red Wing.

Red wing makes some of the better work boots out there. I have had very little issues with my boots and this location. The Thornton location sucks. They fought me for a warranty issue and had poor service. Their solution was buy another pair of boots at a 15% discount instead of fixing the issue with the 6 month old boots.This location took care of the warranty issue even though the boots were from a different location. The service provided at this location is woth the extra drive to get here.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable and got boots that fit my size 12.5 feet. Had them in stock too. Told me how to care for them and what to look out for.
