Ran into an emergency at home, on Sunday night when everyone else was already closed. This spot was *one minute* from closing and they still answered the phone. They took my order and left my product outside for me so I could pick it up after closing. Absolutely wonderful service, above and beyond.

This is a nice hardware store. The employees are super helpful and give great recommendations! They are always kind when I go in and willing to go out of their way to help. Sometimes, there aren't as many brands to select from when it comes to certain products; however, I find there's just enough to satisfy my needs -- I'm getting a good deal and a good quality product. Overall, a nice store.

did online order for 10 bagged mulch. was notified when ready, drove in, checked in on phone, associate came out and loaded my vehicle. was a great experience. also mulch was 3 yards not 1.5 or 2 like other companies. will get more

Ordered a Honda Lawn Mower on Aubuchon's website at 7am and picked it up at noon. The status of my order was acknowledged and updated and I was notified by text and email. When I arrived at the store I followed a link from the ready for pickup text and notified the store that I was there to pickup and what type and color of vehicle I was driving. I didn't get any acknowledgement that the store had my message and after waiting 15 mins I went into the store and the store manager found my order and within 10 mins he brought the lawn mower to me and loaded into my truck. The store was very busy as it was tax free weekend. I would order again on line and pickup at the curb this was a painless process.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great inventory even on the hard to find items. I was impressed with the broad stocking of plumbing supplies. Convenient hours, they're open well after others are closed.
