AT&T Store

Bailey was very helpful. He helped me find a new phone and change my old phone from Verizon onto my husbands plan. He went above and beyond by even putting on my screen protector on my phone for me. Since we aren't from around here Bailey even suggested a spot for us to have lunch around the area. Thank you AT&T!

After trying to upgrade my phone at a different store and getting my account sorted out I found out that the wrong number was canceled on my account leaving me in a panic that I was about to loose my number I have had for 20+ years. I came into this store frightened that I would not get it back and Bailey was SOOO helpful. He was able to call customer service and help restore my number and get the correct number canceled. He went above and beyond spending a good 45miutes on the phone going back and fourth until everything was correct. Thank you so much!!!

Just had an amazing visit to the Falmouth MA store. Both Alexis and Brandon assisted me with multiple device changes and plan options. Their extensive knowledge and friendly personalities made for an exceptional shopping experience. In addition, their ability to share product knowledge with ease and simplicity was reassuring. Excellent service! Namal was amazing! Listen to what was asked for my 91 year old dad - found what was needed and got him to smile. Could not have asked for better service. The wait was less than 5 minutes and we were done with setting him up with service in about 30minutes. Thank again as we had come into the store after 7:30 at night. Very much appreciated!

After days of having no service from an issue with another carrier, I went to AT&T Falmouth, MA hoping they could help. Nadia assisted me and worked with me to resolve the problem so I could keep my number and switch back to AT&T. Nadia provided amazing customer service and listened to what I needed. She was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, & patient. Highly recommend Nadia ☺

The best experience! I spent 3 hours on the phone with AT&T customer support yesterday and nobody was able to resolve the issue I was having with my account, and when I walked into the store Brandon had the issue resolved within 15 minutes. Seriously can’t say enough good things about the two gentleman who helped me today. Knowledgeable, profesional, and personable. Was considering switching carriers because of my experiences with Customer Support yesterday, but these guys helped restore my faith in AT&Ts service. Thank you!!

Patrick was a huge help and problem solver for us. We had spent 2 hours at another store and at least 90 minutes on various phone calls. We arrived frustrated, but Patrick came to the rescue. He patiently worked through our issue, and sent us home as happy customers.
We had a great experience with the store staff and sharing stories and left feeling like we were valued customers that were respected and listed to.

I had some real rough experiences in the last few days with at and t and Assurion trying to get either of two new insurance claim phones to work.
I live on the island of Martha’s Vineyard an we do not have a store so I had to leave work, head to Falmouth and meet with a customer service rep in person.

Paul was truly outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, polite and well-spoken. I am truly grateful for the exceptional customer service he and his team in Falmouth provided today!

I went down to my local store in Falmouth Massachusetts and found a technician there named Bailey that helped me to turn my phone from what had become a catastrophe for me into the great experience I was having before I inadvertently downloaded a bunch of malware Bailey totally took care of my problem and has really made me super happy that I'm at AT&T customer.

Nadia at the Falmouth store was very, VERY helpful to me and my Mother when she had a phone problem recently. She went out of her way to help us out and I am very grateful They are always helpful and patient, but this was above and beyond.

The gentleman helping me, Paul Moakley, was extremely pleasant and made sure that my needs were met in a timely manner. I will certainly be asking for him by name the next time I visit. AT&T would do well for themselves to ensure that they retain staff of Paul's caliber by any reasonable means.

We have been happy AT&T customers for over 15 years and have always used this store for anything cell phone related. Last week we went there to replace our aging cell phones and were very happy with the experience.....as usual. The particular phone that we wanted was not in stock and Izzy told us that we would receive it within a few days. Actually the phones were on the door step the next day. When we went to the store for activating the phone I was impressed with how fast Izzy transferred all of the 'stuff' from the old phones to the new ones. Also, he did an amazing job on applying the phone and camera shields. Perfect alignment and no bubbles. Thanks to Izzy and AT&T.
