Mark and all of his workers are helpful and give you price options. Mark wrapped a large Art piece for me very carefully and with great patience. He was helpful and answered all of my questions. They offer many different wrapping options and printing and are all easy and give user friendly help and advice. Thank you for such great service!!

this is the most efficient UPS store in South Florida! The whole gang is warm and welcoming. As long as you come prepared with your QR codes for Amazon Returns, it all goes smoothly

Staff were all so kind and helpful even when other people were yelling rudely in their faces. Everyone kept their cool and resolved the problem (even though it was Amazon’s fault). Line was super fast and I got my return done in no time. Thanks!

This is by far the best UPS store I have gone to. The staff is amazing and efficient so there is hardly ever a line. The owners are always on premises and are extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the services they offer. This store is just different from all the rest in a good way.

Always drive the distance to this store on Sheridan Street. Super efficient and quick. They know their stuff. They are a franchise store ( I believe all UPS stores are) so what happens to the packages after they leave their store is UPS the company, But getting them packed properly and getting them out on time is the harder task.

This is absolutely the best UPS Store. The services I receive from the employees always go up and above. Whether I am shipping, faxing, copying, or emailing, they are always extremely helpful, speedy and courteous. I cant say enough great things especially for the 3 employees assisting me today, I only wish I had gotten their names to give them a shout out. BEST UPS STORE in the USA! I am a small business owner, and ship packages on a daily basis. I have been to many UPS stores but the service in this one is something I have never seen before. The owners and employees are always super welcoming and nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner will get out of their way to help you with whatever you might need. I will never look for a UPS store again ( this review is being written after almost 3 years I’m coming to this place on a regular basis). Thank you guys for everything!
