I walked into the store and Michelle greeted me with her beautiful smile, that immediately made me very comfortable. She then very patiently explained me all the arch items. She took my measurements and got me appropriate size stuffs .

We didn't have an appointment, but since it wasn't too busy, we were able to be seen within 5-10 minutes. Michelle was very nice. Very knowledgeable with different foot types and how the arch supports will provide relief and adjustment. Whole process took about an hour and a half. We will see if it makes a difference long term.

Very informative. Michelle, our salesperson, was very good. My husband and I both got the packages. Arch supports, cushions, socks, foot massager, and shoes. There are a lot more styles of shoes to choose from than what the store has. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and they were busy!! I recommend this store , located in Cranberry.

Quality product that solved my feet issues some 30 years ago and my wife's support issues about 25 years ago. My daughter fell in with us about 10 years ago and the arch supports solved her issues as well. Eric was very helpful today with ordering the foam inserts.

My daughter needed arch supports. My wife and her stopped into the Cranberry store and Craig S. began to help them immediately. After giving them some insight and information, they purchased the supports. My daughter has had no pain in her feet or knees since the purchase. We had gone to the Good Feet Store for a scheduled appointment for my husband to help with his foot and back pain. While there and reading their signs and posters, I realized I had a lot of the issues listed too. The were nice enough to add me on to the appointment and talk us through the whole process about their products, and how they could work for each of our individual needs. They took all the time we needed to answer questions and making us comfortable with our purchases. We been using our inserts for awhile at home and have started to see an improvement.

I super skeptical, but seeing is believing. I’ve been having foot and knee pain for over a year and I was finally able to crouch down without any knee pain! The relief was almost instantaneous. It was a little more than I was expecting but to be able to be on my feet at work for 8-10 hours without the pain is worth it.
