Hands down the best group of people! I had a wonderful experience with the Team here at this location. I had forgotten my belongings there and everyone I spoke to in help creating a label, packing, shipping, clearing it out of customs was incredible! Thanks to Sandy, Heidi, Cal, Derek & the Team!

The workers at this UPS are always exceptionally kind and helpful and very quick. I wish every shipping experience was like this location

I’ve only been at this store twice but both times awesome service. Second time they told me that I needed to go to post office to send package. They still put in a package sealed it and put on label. It doesn’t seem like much but I’m 72 and appreciate all the help l can get.

Great assistance in printing from my email, beautiful color prints, stupendous service right away, very nice clerk (Derek)!

I had to deliver a package next day for a very important event, and even though they were very busy, I didn’t have to wait long at all.
Derek was extremely knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him! In what seemed like just a minute, he was able to take care of everything I needed. Would highly recommend! Everything went off without a hitch thanks to Derek and The UPS store!

First time making an Amazon return. The young man walked me through the process with kindness and a smile. It was very much appreciated. He is a credit to your store!

I had a really great experience at this store today. I was doing several Amazon returns and was somewhat confused and frustrated with the process and dealing with my phone. The young woman that waited on me was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. She even sat down with me at the computer to try to work out my issue with my order. I’m sure she gets tired of people not knowing what they are doing, and after I messed up a couple of things, she had every right to be frustrated with me. However, instead she was incredibly patient and helpful. Thank you!

This is the Only UPS Store I'll use. I have used them for years and they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I love that my 'regular' shipping addresses are in their computer and hence sending a package is so easy. This isn't the closest UPS store to me, but it is the one I'll go out of my way a little, to use. Around the holidays they are always ready for the last-minute mailings. Fully staffed.

This UPS store has great employees, very nice and professional! They also do great print work and business cards! I highly recommend them for your shipping needs or print work! We own a small business and they are our go to for our marketing items!

I went to the Cranberry store today to return Amazon items and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful - really positive experience!

They were not busy and were able to help me immediately. I had two boxes to return from Amazon and they scanned my codes and printed labels in under a minute and I was good to go. Very pleased with their service and my experience, no complaints. I would visit again if I'm in the area.

Everyone is helpful, personable and professional. Jason, the manager, has helped me over the years with both bulk shipping and smaller orders, and every time he has practiced the most communicative and excellent customer service around.

Also, Lauren, their on-site graphic designer, has helped me with many projects, always listening to exactly what the job calls for, and then going above and beyond.

I recommend this store to everyone!

Then we find out I can only mail it from FedEx .
Ashley didn't let that stop her . She helped me get the emails in order . Made sure I knew the tracking # of the box . Put the box back in my car all with a SMILE ☺.
That's Great Customer Service!

The UPS store was so helpful to us last week as we worked to make the funeral arrangements for my mother in law. We wanted to have a nice memory picture board and personalized remembrance cards for the calling hours and service. I simply dropped off the old pictures and a card with my mother in law's signature and they were able to create a gorgeous professional board and even took her signature to add an extra little touch of her to the memory board. I would never have been able to create something on my own that was done so well and for a very reasonable price. Big thanks to the UPS store and Lauren the amazing designer.

On Monday PM 12/17/2018, the line to ship was just about at the door, The extra staff kept the line moving. Even though "the computer" could not access my ship from and to info, a label was created promptly, and standard UPS Ground to Geneva, IL got my package there on 12/19 as advertised on the UPS website. The woman in front of me in line had a shopping bag full of gifts and the UPS store employee was removing price tags and packing the items for shipment. Even though the "Staples" location in Cranberry is more convenient for me, the services and kindness and personal attention at this UPS store at 20436 Route 19, make it worth the extra trip.

This has been by far the best UPS store I have worked with. I am shipping two day air packages daily for work. They have done everything in their power to accomadate my work needs. Every business in cranberry should be using there services. From printing, shipping, photo's to fingerprinting. This store does it all. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Staff are friendly and moved the line quickly for lots of post-holiday returns. It seems like they staffed up to meet customers' needs. Much appreciated!!

the folks at this UPS store are always helpful and willing to answer your questions. i sent a very valuable guitar to arizona and they were extremely understanding of it's value. they packed it and it arrived in great condition!
