I've made several returns at this location and have always been treated with respect. The staff is very professional and work hard to process your items quickly. I've never seen anyone on their smart phones spacing out, everyone working here takes their job seriously.

I will be returning to this location.

Great and convenient location for all of your shipping needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products, and have always helped me with whatever I needed. I rented several textbooks from Amazon that had to be returned and I never had an issue dropping off returns here. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to others.

Their superb customer service can really help those who like myself, are completely inept when it comes figuring out what I need done printing wise. Very nice location. I've been in here twice needing help and having little clue what I was doing, and both times the clerks were super helpful and polite. I went to make copies today and the other day to ship something, and I will definitely be using this location again. They have a wide variety of services and their customer interaction is awesome.

The UPS Store on 4319 South National Avenue (Springfield, Missouri) offers the most professional, most prompt, most friendly, best priced services for both my personal and business labels, regular and express shipping, postal, mailing, faxing, scanning, photocopying, printing, and packaging. With great services and prices the UPS Store staff (and their owner Ms. Jackie Schaffer) offers, I do not have to use my own personal or business addresses. I can be home-less and office-less and still take care of all my personal and business needs from their UPS Store. If you are not using them, you are missing out on great, convenient services and wasting money on expensive, clumsy services. I give them the highest FIVE STARS available.

The staff here is incredibly helpful. Aaron was fantastic to work with, helping me with a few issues I was having with some postcards I needed printed with a tight turnaround. He was patient and helped me get what I needed on time. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

This is a great UPS store! Aaron and his staff always remember what number my mailbox is, and have my mail ready by the time I get in the door. They are always professional and polite. It's always a pleasant experience.

Great customer service. They really take their time to get to know the customer and make sure that your experience. They also offer active military discounts which really helps especially when mailing packages to APO/FPO.

Wendell, his wife, Jackie and the rest of his staff are great! They have a great location and are a partner in the "AAA Show Your Card and Save" program. They do an excellent job printing promotional items and postcards that are targeted to certain neighborhoods.

Overnighted a package, paid extra to have it arrive before 10:30 a.m. Apparently, the package did not meet the time deadline, the owner of the store CONTACTED ME to apprise me of this fact, AND, had UPS REFUND my charges. Obviously, these people went the extra mile, and it is appreciated.

I was helped by an awesome young man who made returning amazon products so easy. I was disorganized with receipts and boxes and he helped me with patience and kindness. Great service!!
