Love, love, love my shutters from Yocum’s. They provide a clean and classic look in each room. Enjoyed working with the staff. They were helpful in every aspect from design to installation.

The team did a great job with my living room shutters. From start to finish, the installers were personable, attentive, and offered viable advisements to ensure a solid and well finished product. Unbeknownst to me, one of the shutters was damaged and the team took care of the recorder, too.

I do intend to have additional windows completed later in the year and glad Yocum proactively took all measurements to make the process smooth when it’s time to proceed with more orders/installs.

Excellent company with dedicated professionals. Would certainly recommend. While it’s true you can procure similar products at a much cheaper price, why sacrifice quality and customer service with other providers. Don’t waste your time and call Yocum!

This was my second time having opportunity to do business with Yocum. As a proud repeat customer I do truly believe Yocum simplifies the process. With a broad selection they help educate you on different options for your space. I have not ordered blinds with any other company but trust their prices are fair and reasonable. The day of measurements is quick and within a day or two you’ll have an estimate. The turn around time was fast and we’re able to install in our new home a few days after we settled. A+++ Experience and would highly recommend

I ordered blinds from Yocum. They are very friendly and courteous people. I chose Yocum because I have little experience regarding window treatments, and needed professional help. The installer was very cordial, and showed up on time. There were some factory errors on my order, and Yocum did not ask me to pay until the replacements were received and installed. I bought the Hunter Douglas blinds, which are of very high quality. Overall, I highly recommend Yocum. Their sales and service are excellent.

I would highly recommend Yocum Shutters and Blinds. The entire process was so easy from my selections, then the measurements, and lastly the installation. All phases were professionally performed and the price was fantastic. LOVE my plantation shutters and everyone who comes into my home love them, as well. We have Yocum shutters AND blinds in almost every room in our home. I love the plantation shutters in our living room/dining room. They give it a wonderfully polished look. We recently added wood blinds to all of our bedrooms. They look terrific. The staff and installers are terrific and always great us with a smile.

Would most definitely recommend Yocum’s to anyone. In fact, we went there on my mother -in-laws advice. Now that’s saying something!

This is the second time we’ve used Yocum Shutters and couldn’t be happier! They are reasonably priced - I compared to BlindsToGo and I think their quality is better. I’ve had Yocum Shutters for 2 years in our house and they still look beautiful. We ordered another 3 for our new mother-in-law suite because she loved ours so much. Courteous and prompt service (considering the Covid delay) Highly recommend!

Just purchased some beautiful Graber shades from Yocum. I was told from Riccardi Brothers in Wilmington that Graber was discontinuing their top down bottom up option which I desperately needed due to privacy issues after waiting 6 months for a sample of the treatment I wanted to come into their shop. This was extremely upsetting after wasting this much time and having to start looking all over again for what I needed. I went into Yocum Shutters in Centerville, DE on the recommendation of another local retailer. I told the owner about my situation and he said that he also carried the Graber line and that did not sound right. He offered to call Graber directly immediately to see if this was true. I went home and in about one hour he got back to me and said that that was not the case, it was still available. He had someone come out to my house to measure my windows within a few days. I placed my order for the shades and they came in in less than 3 weeks. He called me as soon as they came in and offered to install them that day! What took 6 months of getting nowhere with Riccardi Brothers took only 3 weeks from start to finish with Yocum. The install person did a great job and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company. They were courteous, prompt and professional. Check them out!

This was the best experience EVER!! The company was amazing from the very beginning and our Plantation Shutters and automatic blinds look amazing!! The install team reviewed all the user instructions with us prior to leaving!! I would definitely use Yocum again!!!
