Arby's

The customer service was amazing. Food was fresh. We had to wait about 5 minutes at the parking lot waiting for fries, when they were brought, we didn't have any ketchup... We requested for some and the guy was so kind about it and brought us some. We have no complaints... Will be returning ☺

The place is good but some people working there they don't even want to please you like in my case I told him I don't want no ice on my soda and they still didn't care and you always get a cup full of ice they don't even use the scoop to get the right amount of ice they just use the same cup and that's how you end up with a full cup of ice.
Hopefully they change the attitude of these people and when the customer says no ice on the my drink hopefully they'll listen to it.

Staff was amazing. Facilities where clean, decently maintained and overall a place I'd stop into again. Food was fast, fresh, and delish. Definitely would stop in again if we find ourselves passing through again.

We went for dinner , the staff was friendly. They said be wirh u in a minute.
The food was hot & good. Only thing they did not get 5 all the way cross is bc the tables where not clean. That is always a big thing for me.

Service was fast and staff was friendly! Haven't had an Arby's sandwich in a forever length of time. Did not dissapoint!

Lately, customer service has lacked in a lot of places I have visited. Especially after COVID and especially in the younger crowd. Seems like everyone has horrible attitudes and they dont want to work but I had a great experience here just before closing last Saturday at the drive thru. I was greeted by a young lady named Jada who you could tell right away was going to make the difference between a bad/good experience. She was so friendly & had great attitude and beautiful smile but what made it even better is yet another young lady named Azaiah(not sure of spelling sry girl) greeted me at the window with the same great attitude and beautiful smile. We cracked a few jokes and I thanked them for making the end of a stressful dress shopping experience with my teenager a pleasant one. I pulled up irritated and left in a better mood. Both of them deserve this compliment and I hope it gets to the right person for acknowledgment! See you again soon ladies!

I love this older Arby's it is one of the original stores and I hope they keep it this way if you go inside you'll see all their equipment is new and the bathrooms are updated also and it still remains to have the retro feel to it please don't change the appearance it's one of few we have left that is an original Arby's . You can train your employees better and show them how to treat the customer with respect it's ashame to wreck the reputation for unprofessional staff.

Friendly service, clean environment, and fast food. The sliders are probably the best value, and I think the curly fries are a wonderful classic. We love to get the Jamoca shakes. I realize they are not for everyone, but if you like coffee ice cream you would love this shake! Good eats.

I was clumsily not paying attention to time at all. Maybe because it was one of those days I was so hungry I felt physically sick. I was that person rolling through the drive through at 9:59 PM . Exactly one minute to closing time. Rasheem ( employee who took my order) took control of the drive through order speaker and took care of me with kindness. He prepared my food regardless of it being 1 minute to closing with a smile as well. Good service 👍

Great and pleasant service. Very clean dining room. The workers seem to care here, it was nice to see.

went to Arby's on on Philadelphia Pike in claymont on December 3rd for lunch with my family for my birthday we had a very nice time we were able to sing Happy Birthday to me and we spent a nice amount of time there and it was very peaceful

Overall it was good. Went through the drive through which had about 8 cars. Got through fairly quickly. Food was good and order was correct. Guy doing drive thru made some weird noises in the intercom after taking my order.. lol... but anyway... not bad at all..

Arby's has the meats! Really, they do. The classic roast beef sandwich with Arby's sauce and Horsey Sauce = YUM. The new brisket sandwich is awesome. This store is is always clean. The staff are nice for young kids. Management obviously spends time with training.

Food is always good. Workers are friendly. Dining area could use an update, but is always clean.

This is one of the best Arby's in the tri state area. I stopped eating fast food about a year and a half ago but treat myself every time we are heading back from the beach to PA. Great location, easy in and out and very clean. Great customer service too.

They all work so hard, to please all of us customers! The new Hamburgers 🍔, cheese burgers are great!
