Great Best Buy store! It's clean and has a lot of different products like workout equipment and Legos! We have been to a lot of other locations and this one has the most unique products available in the store. And it's a plus that there's no sales tax! Definitely recommend this place.

Tremendous service today! Did curbside pickup for an online order, and I must’ve been in and out in less than 15 minutes. When they were bringing my stuff out, I pulled up to the front door. The guy came out—was cheerful and friendly—loaded up my car, and I was off. Great job! I really appreciated the service!

5 STARS!! Black Friday 2023, 5pm (yes I decided to go to Best Buy at 5pm on Black Friday). I had an order ready for pick up and an order not ready that I needed prioritized so it would be ready sooner than later. I figured it was a long shot but I thought I'd try!

Richard greeted me at the door and helped me find a manager to get my request taken care of. He could have brushed me off but he worked the problem for me!

Tony was at the register taking care of a customer who was being extremely difficult. The ENTIRE time I was there, Tony was providing exceptional customer service even with a difficult customer. He even had a smile and a joke for me when I said hello.

JESS IS A CHAMPION. With both orders, she ran around the store for me to make sure I didn't have to wait in line forever! My experience was better because of her effort even in the face of the busiest day of the year. She kept her cool and provided excellent service.

Michael was not apart of my Black Friday experience, but he is ALWAYS there and is a reason I enjoy shopping at Best Buy. Even at 10am on a Tuesday Michael has a smile and a quick checkout experience to get me on with my day.

I am a frequent Best Buy shopper. I can confidently say on the busiest day of the year at one of the busiest places in retail, the team made my experience EXCELLENT. I hope a manager can see this and give Tony, Jess, Richard, & Michael props or a day off!

Been to this location many times over the years. I hadn’t been there in about a year and was a little thrown off by the new layout, the store seems to have gotten a facelift recently. But I like the new look, things were well organized and easy to get to. I definitely recommend this store, right in the heart of tax free shopping! A+

Just visit here to pay my BB bill! There is always someone at the front cashier desk to assist me with payments. The best location I've ever visited, because in the city (Philadelphia) people that work there are never available!

Had to do a double take when I walked in - questioning if I was in Best Buy - Nicest Best Buy I have been to - this store carries a lot more than the “typical” Best Buy…A LOT More…And shout out to Carl (in computers). Extremely knowledgeable, friendly & patient…great customer service all around - Definitely ask for him!

Day before Christmas and best buy had the gift! Purchased for in store pick up. Arrived and the store was very organized with many cashiers. Walked up to the register for on line purchases and our gift was ready to go. Thank you Best Buy! Best shopping experience of the season.

The layout has changed and the employees are stretched thin. However, the one I spoke with was very helpful and even rang me out.

Lots of parking. Well lit store. The arrangement of departments inside the store changed drastically since I was there last. Store seems to be stuffed, without defined department divisions. All the staff I encountered were friendly, pleasant and respectful. Trying to find something specific in that store on your own might take more time than anyone would care to spend. Best thing to do is ask the first employee you see, to direct you to where you want to be. In the television department, it is obvious which brands are dominant. I also visited the major appliance area to buy a refrigerator. Not anyone to answer questions in sight. They lost a sale. They did not have the 85" TCL television I went in there for in stock. They lost another sale. I certainly hope BestBuy isn't following the same retail playbook as H. Depot. There should be at least one person in each department to help customers. I certainly don't have time to wait around for somebody to show up in the major appliance department for assistance. If I would have seen an employee assisting someone else, I would have waited, but to have nobody covering the area; not for me.

I ordered a tabletop microwave online. I had a great experience picking it up at the store. I completed my transaction and left the store in under 5 minutes.
