Macy's got a lot of nice stuff and they have perfumes which are usually hard to find in the regular stores.

The store is always sold great open people are nice answer our questions we only thing I don’t like about the store is that everything is really expensive but that’s mostly because they have brand items

We love Macys in this location. They not only have regular Macys but even the furniture in a superset shop! We always get our mattress from here and some really cool furniture piece for out mud room, including a fun yellow cushioned bench with storage….

It was a great experience the sales woman was helpful and pleasant I didn't know what I was going to buy for my wife's birthday but she help through that decision showing the many options that were available. I would recommend this location to everyone it was truly a pleasant experience.

Was looking for something to wear to a wedding i was going to in 4 hours. The lady working in men's suits had only been working there for a few days. She went above and beyond to help me find perfection. She was patient and her taste and swag was on point. My fit topped any other man at the wedding( sorry to the the groom). She was amazing and I'll be coming back because of her!!!

Today was my first visit to Macy’s in the concord mall in Wilmington, Delaware. I had the best expierence with a cashier Beverly. She helped me open a charge account and was just excellent in explaining the store. I never shopped there because I could not afford it. She was a 10 star in my book, and I will now start to shop at my new store Macy’s thanks to Beverly. Very nice store. Very good help.

Macy's is my go to store when I want to spruce up my Levi's collection.

The sales person that helped us was so outgoing and knowledgeable about the shoes.. However The employees in general seemed tired and over worked it didn't look like there was enough staff. I hope they are at least being compensated appropriately for their hard work

Still one of my favorite places to shop. I can take my time, try on the clothes before I buy them. If they don't have my size, they order it for me. Great service always. This store is attached to a mall so lunch or dinner is always an option.

I took my mom shopping for her birthday and the cosmetics staff at Macy's was wonderful. My mom wanted to try products at different counters and had lots of questions, and a few different employees helped her find everything she needed and took the time to help her sample different things. I really appreciate that and will definitely be back.

Brought a recliner with the help of Anne H. In Wilmington Macy's. She was the most helpful, professional and knowledgeable associate I have ever dealt with. Macy's should be proud of associates like Anne who communicated with me, my Chicago daughter and scheduling, ordering with ease and great salesmanship. Kudos to the delivery guys as well, set it up, we're on time and courteous and professional. GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS MACYS, GIVE THEM ALL A PAT ON THE BACK.

I love Macy's. It sad to see it slowly dwindleing away...... Limited stock, with great prices still for the finer things in life.

On the pricier side, but their products and clothing are well made. Feel free to order online and return to store if needed.
