I ordered a hoodie and a vinyl literally 2 years ago (December 2021), received the hoodie without any issue but I NEVER received the vinyl. Tried to check with the tracking number but I always got the same thing: "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item", even one month after my order. So I tried to reach out, sent many emails since then, not a single reply!! Obviously I never got refunded either. Worst customer service honestly. That's 30$ in their pocket never to be seen again !
