Huge shout out to Kathy Cerlucca for helping me make Austin Beltrante’s Fundraiser on Friday June 17, 2022 at Freddy’s In Broomall absolutely amazing. I couldn’t find balloons anywhere actually I couldn’t fin helium anywhere but acme and Kathy saved the day. She is a wonderful wonderful person and served me with a smile so accommodating with all my requests. I love ❤ acme on Sproul road because of her smile.

Acme is a big store with lots of items the stores very clean the bathrooms were clean

The guy in the beer check out with the long hair was Awesome! Initially this was a nightmare of an experience! i as i was initially in the wrong line, behind a low life that spread out her groceries so i couldn’t even put my one item down, Thanks! I appreciate that guy!

The shoppers are pleasant, and the store is clean. Wish I lived closer.

Giving ACME Markets align Lawrence Park Shopping Center 1991 Sproul Rd. 5 Stars. They earned it. The store is always clean and well stocked with everything. The employees are some of the hardest working you will ever see. Everyone is always on the move to achieve that clean, well stocked store. The staff is friendly and professional. Special kudos to the people behind the deli and seafood counter. They treat us like VIPs every time. Also, ACMEs prices and sales blow the competition away in my opinion. I really won't go food shopping anywhere else. Parking is plentiful too.

Acme is working hard for it's customers and company. I don't think I have ever seen it this clean. They are really working to bring this store to tip too again. I like the staff there very much. Always polite. Can't say that for all the customers. So little respect for hard working people. I was there today and a senior lady was as nasty as you can get. Now mind you this was the only open register other then the self checkouts. The cashier was trying to help her but the line was getting longer and the seniors attitude was getting worse. So the cashier explained to the lady that she was sorry she couldn't do anything else, but they could help at customer service. That did not go well. The customer grabbed the bag out of the cashier's hand and stormed over to customer service. Thank God there were no customers at the counter. Now mind you, this is all about a coupon and a dollar. She had gone out to her car and retrieved a coupon on something she had just bought. She came back in to get credit for the $1.00 coupon. Here is the kicker. The Senior was in her 70's or 80's. The cashier was in her late 50's to 60's.

This has to be the most customer caring Acme of all. I had purchased a bad watermelon at the Acme located at the bond shopping center in Drexel hill. I just happened to be in the Broomall area and decided to take my receipt there where I explained my dissatisfaction with the item. The store mgr (Louise) was extremely accommodating in that she fully refunded my money and did two additional things: she replaced the bad watermelon with a new one for free and secondly she asked her fruit person to cut it in half so I could inspect to see if good. she then had her rep wrap it, keep it refrigerated until I returned for it hours later. I Took it home and it was sweet, excellent. I am still blown away by Louise’ caring attitude. In this age of pandemic induced short fuses and businesses horrible customer service, Louise at this Acme was a breath of fresh air. Her actions reminded me that we have not all devolved into uncaring human beings. And that it’s not just about the dollar bill. Louise exceeded my expectations. I never asked for anything but a refund; however, and I received so much more on this day — a decent and kind person. May CHRIST bless her and Acme please elevate her to the board room. Companies need more mgrs like Louise who are in the trenches and have their fingers on the shopper’s pulse.

Acme Broomall has the most efficient and friendliest staff. We've been shopping here for 16 years since I moved to USA. Please keep up the good work! May God Bless you all!

Huge store that seems to have everything. Very courteous staff and easy parking. Check out was very quick, and the prices were very competitive. Making plans for a repeat visit!!

The Lawrence Park acme has some of the nicest employees. John walked me thru the store because I asked where the bathroom was and the main store bathrooms were being cleaned, and Donna, the day of my wedding, helped carry 2 cakes to my car and said she was not allowed to accept tips. I was so impressed with this Acme I'm going to wrote a letter to the corporate headquarters. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service!

Never shopped for myself personally, however when I was shopping for instacart, I was very impressed, very clean and helpful customer service representatives.

I love grocery shopping here! Acme is usually well stocked, and the staff is helpful and friendly. You can find anything from greeting cards to dental floss, and they reasonably price things. Acme is one of my preferred stores, and I typically shop here. Overall, it's a satisfactory grocery store with helpful staff. 5 stars!!!!

One of the best Acmes I have ever seen. It was clean and bright, we found all the specials we wanted, and the checkout person was friendly and helpful.
It is not the closest one to our house, but we will definitely go out of our way to shop here again.

I love this store! I went shopping early in the morning on March 13th. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Items that were hard to find all week, were stocked and featured at great price . Thank you for the excellent customer service during this hectic time.

One can tell Summer is over. The shelves were stocked with baking supplies. Ginger snaps were displayed prominently. Check out was quick.

Helen the pharmacist is the greatest person on earth my son went in too get a flu shot VERY SCARED and she was talking to him as if he was her own child. My son never got his shot cause he was so nervous but Helen and I sat there for over a half hour trying to convince him to get it which she had no obligation to do but she did. I wish all pharmacist were like her. Helen’s recommendation was to wait till he wasn’t so upset and she will try again when she’s on. So nice cause we where there when she was trying too close and had no problem with it. Awesome 👏

I had a wonderful shopping experience here! Found everything I came to get and received extras! As a was going to cash out, Bill one of the cashiers asked if I enjoyed the free cheese samples, I was shocked...free I said, he told me exactly where to go and off I went! When I arrived at the counter I asked if I could take four, two for my sister and two for me and I was told yes...come on...free and have four! I got them and went to cash out and had the most wonderful time at the checkout counter. Jillian was cashing me out and Raeleen was bagging my groceries. I had the most pleasant conversation with them. This was the best trip to Acme I have ever had! Thank you Bill, Jillian and Raeleen. Hope to see you there when I return!

I am pleased at all times when i shop at Acme and the presentation of foods , fruits are always attractive. Good team spirit and extremely people friendly. I like shopping there. Excellent store
