I’ve had numerous great experiences here. The staff members are very helpful and have saved me tons of time in searching for items. If you order an item in store, this location is super helpful in assisting you in loading it into your vehicle, communicating shipping times, etc. Mechanics- buy your box/roll cart from here. You will not regret it.

Great prices and very friendly employees. I like going here because it’s a nice sized store so I don’t have walk a marathon to get to different departments.

How can you not love Harbor Freight? Everything they sell has a lifetime warranty. The prices are fair. The majority of their tools are actually a decent quality. The people that work there have really good customer service. Unfortunately they seem to have a lot of turnover for employees but they're always nice. The only thing I wish they would do would be to sell $5 Harbor Freight t-shirts. What a wasted opportunity for Harbor Freight to not be selling $5 T-shirts. I love this place. In fact I don't know anybody who doesn't after they've been there. So if you're a tool fan or a tool junkie Harbor Freight is your place.

Great manager and staff. Some products are better than others, but that's the compromise for heavily discounted items. Do your research if it's anything involving safety (bottle Jack's for instance)

They employee's do an amazing job. I accidentally left my new born bottle on the counter and the amazing lady at the register ran three blocks to return my son his bottle. I will definitely be a lifelong customer from thos point forward. Thank you.

Great service, prices and selection. Look I know it's a place to buy cheaper tools but honestly as a homeowner they last....I don't need commercial grade. So much nicer than going into the big box stores. Customer for life!

I had went into the store to purchase tools for my job and the store manager very hands on helped me find the tools I was looking for and the first cashier that helped me was also very good with customer service ended up forgetting my wallet and Apple Pay was being declined so had to drive all the way back home which is 40 minutes away. When I came back the stuff I was purchasing was still there the lady that was helping was busy and the other cashier greeted me and remembered that I was the one that had to get the wallet and grabbed the cart with the suspended transaction and finished checking me out 10/10 would recommend this store. I will definitely be back when I need a cheap tool or two
