Fortunoff Backyard Store

Had a good experience at the Fortunoff Store finding a patio furniture love seat and twin side chairs. There is a plentiful selection to choose from, the quality appears high and the service support is excellent. The sales personnel answer all questions and are both helpful and courteous. Recommend a stop at this store if looking for outdoor patio furnishings.

Fortunoff was the store for me years ago before they closed the one near me. So, I am used to the quality of their products and so when it was time to shop for my backyard furniture, the store was my first choice. The sales person did not disappoint. He educated me on the materials used for the furniture. And, can I tell you? The price was good too!

Julie provided excellent service today. It was our second time visiting after shopping around and we were convinced that the set we found was perfect for our needs. Her experience and expertise helped us make our final decision. Thank you Julie!

Purchased a nice artificial Christmas tree at Fortunoff Backyard Store today. Their trees were the nicest we had seen. Service (by Hector) was great and we got a pretty good deal I believe. We had the tree up in 5 minutes after getting it in the house. Easy.

Visited the Allentown, PA store to look at a new set. Julie helped me and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely pleasant. Got this set pictured (except got brick color umbrella..thanks to Julie’s recommendation for color contrast). Excellent experience and highly recommend Julie and this store!!

Purchasing seating products requires being able to actually view and test the product. the showroom was well organized and the staff very helpful and friendly.

I was very surprised! The prices were around what I was expecting for quality outdoor pieces. This isn’t the junk you order online. I loved being able to walk around and take our time trying out each piece of furniture. We were able to mix and match and make the outdoor living space we truly wanted. Hector was an ideal sales associate. Available when we needed but didn’t hover or follow us around. Pleased we chose to come in! And pleased with our out the door price!

Our sales person was Jhordyan Ruiz, who was attentive to our needs and did his best to complete our purchase on our first visit.

The staff and our salesperson were all great listeners and did everything they could to make sure we left satisfied. An excellent selection of outdoor furniture with plenty in stock. Prices are fair for the high quality furniture that they have.

Great deal on a teak bench

Great selection of outdoor furniture, reasonable prices (not cheap) compared to the boxstore stuff this is a different world.

The assistant manager was super friendly when I walked in and extremely helpful. I was looking for a particular lounge chair and he only had 1 in the store and offered to check his other stores. Luckily he found 2 more and I was delighted to buy 3. I then told him that I think I would be unable to put it in my car especially since we were far from home. He offered to have them shipped to a nearby store from my house. This was the best experience I have ever had!!! When I went to my neighborhood store in Livingston NJ and desperately wanted more of these lounge chairs the manager didn’t offer any of these possibilities even though I asked if he could call other stores although he was extremely personable and friendly. Hector Velez-Rosario deserves to have his own store and I wish it were something close to me

We bought all our outdoor furniture for our new inground pool and concrete decking at the Trexletown PA location . Needless to say it is quite an investment when putting together your outside oasis. My wife and shopped around, it was daunting and stressful trying to decide on different looks and how to achieve the right ambience.

When we made our way to Fortnoff Backyard store with my wife who was 9 months pregnant and our two young children running amuck. The stress level was high. The Asst. Mgr Hector went right into action, getting some toy games for the kids to preoccupy them so my wife and I could browse the selection. He gave us space and allowed us to narrow down some options we liked.

I could go on and on about the all the details of the great experience we had, but the sum of it is this ... Hector put such time, effort, and care into making sure that we were able to get what we wanted, when we wanted it.

I am a Director of Operations of a big box retailer company with territory that spans from PA all way down to Miami. Needless to say I have thousands of employees that include Dept Mgrs, Senior Mgrs, and Regional Mgrs.

Hector impressed me.

I didn't always make it easy for him, but he rose to occasion every time. His level of service, urgency, and holding the deal together at times was really stellar. Frankly I could use a few Senior Mgrs like him working for me.

Customers will always tell you what you are doing wrong and not nearly enough of what you are doing right. Fortnoff got it right big time with Hector.

It's important that employees like this hear it and also that leadership knows it. I know I would want to know ... Thanks again Hector for making this experience what it was.
