CVS

This store is very clean and 99% of the time is stocked. The store staff is friendly and helpful. I recently had my flu shot administered and the young lady was very professional and knew what she was doing (I work in a hospital).
This store is very responsive when you need help and they even found my husband’s credit card once. Honest people.

We've had a good customer service experience at the pharmacy counter, especially because of one employee who is kind, helpful and willing go the extra step to solve a problem. Even if the wait in line has been a bit long (it IS a very busy pharmacy) and people are impatient, she never loses her composure or her kindness. I've noticed her shifts can be very long (I've seen her in the early am and again in the evening when I needed to visit the pharmacy twice in one day) she's always ready to help with a smile. I've noticed her every time I visit, and am glad I can recognize excellent customer service that has made me feel valued. (I just wish I knew her name to give her a shout out.)

I visited late night 5/28/22. Late night staff is top notch. Greeted me when I entered and made sure I found everything I needed while at checkout. Special thanks to Gerard and his coworker for chatting with me and making a simple CVS run enjoyable!

Lisa was very friendly when picking up my prescriptions she even offered to ring up my other items I was purchasing when they were super busy. She got the pharmacist Dan to answer the questions I had which I thought was nice so Thank You Dan & Lisa for your help keep it up!!!

I am very surprised by people's experience at the CVS. Maybe it is due to expectations. I refill all of my meds on the automated refill line and tell them when I want to pick them up. They ask for a minimum of an hr because they also have walk ins and doctors'offices to deal with. They also ask for 2 days if you have no refills because who knows when the doctor's office will call them back.
Been going here for 15+ years and they have always been polite and helpful. Even went out of their way when I had a BIG insurance bill issue, giving me copies of all my scripts filled costs, codes, ...
Nothing but helpful.

The pharmacist, Daniel, was awesome tonight. I had to run out to get something for my mom because she wasn’t feeling well and he took the time to talk with me and gave me some great advice and was extremely helpful... he took time, he seemed truly interested and he said if I needed more help he would be there until midnight. He was everything you’d hope for in a pharmacist. I’m in the pharmacies a lot because of my mom... and I’d have to say he is my absolute favorite... and feel lucky he was on tonight!

I love this store. I Work in Greenwich and it would be easier to go to that one but I preferred to stop at this one on my way home. Every time I walk in the manager always greets me and says hello the staff always ask if they can help me. I’ve never had a long line more than a person or two at the checkout counter. The gentleman man at the counter is always polite. Always have a good experience shopping there.

I have been going to this CVS for almost 10 years. I'm there at least a few times a week. This is one of the only stores that have the greatest employees. I am very surprised by these comments. Every time a customer walks in the door they get greeted. The managers are always there to help you find anything you need. They are the most friendliest, helpful, and respectful employees I ever met.. Yes, the pharmacy lines are long a lot of the time, there's never a line at other nearby pharmacy's because everyone goes to CVS. I trust them with mine and more important my mother's meds. They have never in10 years been out of a med. At the nearby pharmacy with no lines, they are constantly not stocked with meds. As far as them saying SORRY, they are not opened 24 hours anymore. The person said SORRY. What more would you like them to say?

Paola has the best customer service. She is patient, kind, and you can tell she loves her job. Keep it up!!

I would give Rachita 10 stars if I could! She saved me $300 on my prescription by telling me about a manufacturer's coupon that was available...all I had to do was sign up on my phone and in 2 minutes I saved a bunch. Thank you!

Clean, well stocked store with very nice employees. I come here for vaccinations and light shopping and have always had a pleasant experience.

All through high school and on college vacations, my friends and I would hit this place up during the wee hours of the morning. Staff were always awesome and we always left satisfied with whatever late night snacks or silly nonsense we went there to get or just bought spur of the moment.

Mathew went above and beyond. He cares about customers in his town. I have witnessed this on several occasions and was very grateful for the help he provided us.

The five star review is for Dan and the pharmacy staff. He is the best.

CVS, with the coupons and discounts, I always make out great.

open 24 hours. That's good enough for 5 stars. also, they have funny signs on the inside, and if I want medicine, they usually have some for sale

Had my passport photo done here and regularly stop in for the pharmacy. Always helpful staff.
