Went in earlier (2/16/24) this evening and the lady at the counter with the glasses was very helpful. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Didn’t get her name but she was the best. Keep up the good work.

The employees in here a extremely friendly and have always given me over the top customer service to make sure Im getting the best deal, and have always been great on exchanges.

Went today to pick up a game and some controllers. Something happened with my pre-order, but Kay K, who was working today, managed to still find a way for me to pick up the game by calling his manager and finding a solution. Great customer service from someone who seemed over worked but still made sure I left there a satisfied customer.

I went to buy 2 fnaf plushies and fnaf funko pop and it was there.The person that greater us was nice telling us if we need any help finding something and it was my first time going there

I always love going into this store, the workers are always nice and funny. Always come up to me to see if I need help finding anything which I really appreciate. Very organized and have a huge variety of games for all different consoles. Love the vibes when walking into that place. Highly recommend.

Had Andrew assisting me with the exchange of a two week old Elite 2 controller. They didn't have any in stock but he was actually willing to give up his own, unopened controller so I didn't have to wait until they restocked.

I was genuinely stunned and I walked away still a little shell shocked that a retail experience went that well.

I'll close by mentioning he was very knowledgeable and recognized the defects right away.

Chantala seriously deserves a raise. Her incredibly positive vibes are infectious. I was having a bad day, came in, spoke with her as I was getting my elden ring game and I left smiling. Give her a raise....seriously

This is my favorite GameStop in the New England area. Their employees are always eager to help, make great suggestions and try to save you some money here in there by letting you know of any deals that they might be having. JP is by far a true professional. He excels in customer service and always greets you with a smile. The store itself has been beefed up. I remember when it didn't have such a variety of merchandise but now it's booming and that's awesome! This store is gamer heaven!
