This place has everything! Gigantic selection and super-helpful people. Prices seem to be really good as well.

HUGE variety and MANY employees walking around to help you. You get points if you sign up your account but you can't use the points in CT unfortunately. Decent prices too.

Employees are passionate about wine and liquors and willing to help customers find the right products. I have discovered new favorites from sampling products in the store and employee input. Highly recommend checking this store out

I’ve pretty much got everything, to the point where I was more than glad to drive from Long Island New York up for a bottle of the Whistler’s Irish cream. The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to check out and pretty good speed as well. Would definitely make the drive again if need be.

I am a regular shopper at Total Wine because of their wide selection, competitive prices and ease of purchasing. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful if you need advice. The store offers free samplings and also has frequent wine/liquor tastings at a reasonable price to learn more about specific wine areas or alcoholic beverages. Most impressive was with my recent wine purchase, one of the bottles was corked. I wrote to customer care about it and within a few hours I received a response apologizing for the defective bottle and a full refund on my credit card for that bottle. Bravo!

Had no idea what to buy. I asked for help and the gentleman who helped me was great. Highly recommend trying this place. Prices are fair IMO

Very big liquor store with an endless selection of any type of alcohol. Competent and quick consultation including tasting. Prices are competitive and they offer good deals for bigger events.

We love it, they have a variety of spirits from all over the world, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Shopping for booze with a shopping cart? How much fun is that? I will go in for a bottle of wine, and leave with a case, plus beer, mixers, rum, gin, cigars and a dozen mixed airplane bottles.... dangerous!

They had a tequila taste testing sesh today. Got to taste 4 different kinds of tequila. We were able to find a moderate priced tequila in a beautiful decanter as a housewarming gift. The staff was extremely helpful with the selection and steering us clear of so so tequila. He was very helpful and gave good advice, great employee.

Everyone knows the selection and prices are great. But what made this visit stand out was the service. Steve was incredibly helpful in choosing the correct bottles at the price point I was trying to hit (a wide range). At no point did he pressure me to overspend. He simply listened and advised. His choice, by the way, were spot on. I probably did overbuy simply because his choices were so good, it was tough to choose. A big thank you to Steve for making my experience painless and for the scotch tastings.

Wide selection of wines from all different regions, it’s helpful to be able to look on the website and check if they have a specific bottle in store. I’ve always had a good experience with staff members and some in particular are very knowledgeable and have led me to discover some great wines. The tasting station is good too when it’s open.

Well stocked except for my favorite Port wine, Noval Port.

Its essentially a luxuryously gigantuous drinky store for adults. I was amazed at how large there selection was.The favorable news about a business like this is that unlike grocery stores there products have a long time before they go bad😂
