Dunkin'

The quality of this Dunkin has significantly increased sometime within the last year! In early to mid 2023 the quality and service here was horrible. Long wait times, cold sandwiches, and terrible bitter lattes.

My experience in the past couple months has been nothing but positive. Quick service in the morning, I’d see 3 cars and immediately leave because I knew I’d be there for 30 minutes, now if there’s a line I’m through within minutes!

A specific shoutout to whoever was working around 11:45am on February 8. My caramel iced latte and egg n cheese croissant were one of the best I’ve ever gotten from any Dunkin.

10/10 improvement at this location!

I go to this Dunkin Donuts about only 1-3 times a year, but I have never had a problem with it. Maybe it's because I go to it in the afternoon and not early in the morning. I can only imagine a huge difference between morning and afternoon, but I can say based on my experience, just another average Dunkin' Donuts.

A Dunkin is usually just a Dunkin to me. They are all kind of the same.

However, this one seems to always have friendly service! This past time running through the drive thru, the lady was super kind to my kids and added an extra “treat” for them.

They get the order right and they are kind. Pretty simple, but appreciated.

Few times stops there,nice place

Located on state route 20 with ample parking including handicapped spaces. Easily noticed from the road about 5 miles from Bradley airport. No outdoor seating but there is a drive thru. Male and female restrooms available. Space inside is cozy, comfy and spacious enough for groups or for dining alone.

Great employees. Great service. They go above and beyond. This one employee Corey was very impressive in his ability to adapt to my needs. If you go ask for Corey, he is a model employee.

Less expensive coffee elsewhere, BUT it's a nice treat sometimes. Better than STRBKS any day.
