I really recommend this store the manager and Monica do a really good job, they will really help you to resolve your problem not like in others places!

I visited this store and was extremely impressed with the great customer service and how welcoming they made me and my family feel. The whole team was awesome and I was able to walk out with a great Family deal they were very knowledgeable and helpful and great service wow Can't ask for more from this team..I Definitely would be sending my friends and family to this Downey store.

Extremely helpful and great customer service!! I had to add a line to my account. Cindy helped me, she made it an easy process, she notice my phone was damaged and showed me the latest phone models. She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining that i can get a good deal on a new one. Very happy with my purchase, will come back here in the future

Walked in to buy some accessories after having a very difficult time ordering online and the service here was very prompt and friendly! Jonathan helped me and never made me feel rushed. He took his time with me by going above and beyond as I was trying to figure out employee discount or the bundle discount they offer and which one to go with. He found the BEST deal, along with the best accessories for my device and my wife’s birthday gift at the best price! I really appreciate it because usually with AT&T customer service is a hit or miss! This was definitely a HIT! He was also very friendly and put my mine at ease with the product I was purchasing! I had a great experience at this location. Luis M was a great help. He answered all my questions and was very professional. He took the time to assist. With his great customer service that he provides I ended up signing up with AT&T. Luis made the switch smooth and he was honest. Honesty goes a long way. Keep this up and you will get more people to sign up. Keep up the great work.

I came into the store for an phone upgrade & Alexis was really helpful! She went into detail on explaining costs & even as far as helping me transfer data to my new phone. I had a great experience thanks to her :)

Josh did a terrific job helping me pick put my new phones and making sure I got everything I needed for my new iphones since I switched from samaung to apple! Highly recommend him for any transaction you do!

I love coming to this location. I always try to look for Cindy. She is always great and Im constantly sending my family and friends with her. She never disappoints. Always helpful. Once Im ready to upgrade, if definitely going back with her.

The Store Manager, Maribel, was amazing. She held and enforced COVID Regulations in the most accommodating way. Once helped, she was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Ive worked in the service industry for 20 years and I am rarely impressed however Maribel Exceeded all of my expectations and I am glad that I did not leave for a competitor because of Maribel. Thank you for your service!

Walked in to upgrade my phone and walked out happy with an iPhone 13 pro max ! Cindy was very helpful, patient and happy to help me through the process. My phone was low battery but I was able to use their fast charger and wifi to back up my phone one last time before activating my new one ! Store was very clean and had a pleasant clean smell

I forgot who helped me the first day but she didn't seem too happy to be there. However - I had to go back the following day and Maribel Serrano was absolutely awesome and took care of my need right away. Probably one of my best experiences at an AT&"T store.

Just had an amazing experience with Josh. I came into to inquire about possibly upgrading my phone then left out the door with a new watch and s22 coming right to me tomorrow! He saved me a ton of money since I did not know about those trade in promotions until today!

Sales representative helped me with my Apple Watch after I was hustled at a corporate att store. A bunch of hustlers unlike these guys they are really good salespersons and offer great support not only sales.

This location and reps are amazing! Lesly the store manager was very helpful & made sure I left the store satisfied. I’ve never had an issue when coming here, I love coming here and will continue to come here. Thanks !
