AT&T Store

Diego was very patient when it came to solving my problems with transferring from verizon to at&t. Though there were times it felt like he would have been better off to help others because some things were taking long on my end, he assured us that he did not mind waiting and was patient with us! Thank you for the great service!

My Customer Service Representative was Tony and he gave me Outstanding service, and he recommended the very Best deal for me; he was great!! I've been with AT&T since 2006 and the Customer Service has always been Stellar which I truly appreciate and love about AT&T.

New costumer to AT&T. Went to the store with some questions and help to transfer a smart watch. Diego went above and beyond to help me, he had to take care of something on the back but pass the torch to Tony who was also great as well. It took a little longer that expected but they all were really patient and understanding. As I mentioned I am new to AT&T but this will be my new to go place for my cellphone lines although I have another store less than a block from my house.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an associate named Jessica. She was amazing at making sure my needs were met and this allowed my time there to be quick and easy! I will definitely be returning!

Was informed of all the deals took his time and explained each step.
