CVS

My mother in law typically picks up her insulin at a different CVS but they called to let her know that they no longer had it in stock at her location. So we had been calling around to see which pharmacy had insulin all day for my mother in law who desperately needed it, and finally was able to find it here. When I spoke on the phone with the pharmacist, she said reassured me that they had it in stock and she would make sure to get the prescription transferred over from the other location so she could fill it there. Once I arrived the provided them with my mother in laws insurance but they were having some issues with it. Sarrsya (the pharmacist) stepped in and helped me with the insurance issues so my mother in law was able to take her prescription. I am so happy and thankful that everyone was so nice and helpful here, you can tell they really care, would definitely recommend!

This CVS staff is the best at solving problems. Through no fault of theirs, I always seem to encounter some kind of problem but somehow a team member figures it out and it ends up saving me money. I really appreciate that! I also appreciate being treated with respect each and every time I’m there. Every single employee is friendly and helpful, no matter how busy.

I love this CVS and the people who work the front. Everyone is always happy and smiling and ALWAYS says hello when we walk in. Phil, Lori, Sabrina, Pam and Finley are a great team.. I love my Denison CVS..

Have Sabrina there more. She is so kind and sweet and I love this cvs. I don't think I've ever been in there well a checker has not been super kind.

Truthfully I wanted to only give 4 stars because most of the staff aren't very helpful. BUT... Aaron and Christie are the best pharmacy reps ever! I had a prescription filled incorrectly. It was mailed to me and when I received it I called to get it fixed. The person who answered was unhelpful, rude and left me on hold until I gave up and called back. Thankfully I got Aaron. He fixed it easily. He's kind, engaging and knowledgeable about all aspects of pharmacy operations.
Last year I had to switch all prescriptions to CVS and they had to be filled on 90 day supplies. Christie worked her butt of to get it all straight. Love her and Aaron so much!!

I went in there to drop off a UPS package, it would have been quick but the poor lady was having trouble working the scanner and it took about 5 minutes for her until she went to ask someone else. I wasn't in a rush so it didn't bother me and she was older but very attentive, as soon as I walked in she saw my package and took me to the counters to get started.

Always have what I need.
I just bought the remainder of the Easter clearance candy, used my CVS rewards coupons, and pretty much got it for free. I love their Rewards program.

I went yesterday for my 2nd Covid shot and had an awesome experience. The store was very well organized, the nurse who gave my shot was excellent, and afterwards there were chairs set up to hang out for a bit. Well worth the 3 hours I drove round trip to get this done before the weekend.

The pharmacy was great compared to the Cvs in sherman. The one in sherman said they didn't have my medication and I spent 2 days calling every pharmacy in sherman. The Denison

Great staff! Very patient and great communication. They always seem super busy but still pretty efficient. Out of stock issues are dealt with quickly. Awesome place!

U would be irritable too if you didn't have a good employee to help customers we all need to be more patient and kind to those who r trying to you and others
